Eu fiz a reserva pelo Booking.com e no anúncio não consta que o quarto que eu aluguei, existe escadas, é no 3° andar, foi sofrido subir o tanto de mala que estávamos, acho importante que essa informação esteja em todos os quartos de anúncio que fizer na plataforma, pois não saberemos. Apenas existe uma informação em “acessibilidade que existe escadas” porem não há informação do quarto que irá alugar, pois, existe quartos no Térreo, que não precisará dessa informação, mas a partir dos quartos do 1° andar, deverá conter a informação de ESCADAS. todos os viajantes tem malas e e muito ruim subir pelas escadas portando malas. Muita atenção ao reservar os quartos dessa propriedade

Children 👦 unfriendly hotel. Swimming pool turns out is only for 16 and above. This was not clear when we booked. Location good and quite bad. It is between the bridge and belem which is great but it is actually on a high way with trains passing every 5 min. Also place land and start above the hotel all the time. Breakfast is not great

I am deeply dissatisfied with the online booking service offered by Zenhotels. I made a reservation for what I thought would be a private room with 2 pets allowed and made a payment of 97 euros, which according to the booking confirmation received, was the total amount for the reservation. I was supposed to only pay 6 euros for the tourist tax and 10 euros per pet for the entire stay. Upon arrival at the hotel (WOT Lisbon Nomad), I was informed that the reservation I had made did not correspond to a private room and that in order to get one, I would have to pay an additional 234.51 euros on top of the already paid 97 euros (this would be for the upgrade to a private room + 10 euros per day per pet). Obviously, this news at the time of check-in and with such a price difference (more than three times the original value) makes it almost impossible for the customer to seek an alternative. Furthermore, I tried to explain to the hotel that the website was not very clear about private or shared rooms, as the room description did not indicate that it was shared. Additionally, it did not mention that the payment for the pets was per day rather than for the entire stay. The person responded that if the website did not have complete information, it was not the hotel's problem. I countered that if they were selling their services through third parties, they are just as responsible as the website promoting them to ensure that the information is accurate; otherwise, they are complicit in a scheme to deceive customers. Finally, I decided not to proceed with the proposal because I found it disrespectful, an excessive charge compared to the original offer, and unprofessional. Therefore, I feel that I was cheated out of the 97 euros that I paid and that I could not use the offered service.

The hotel is amazing in every aspect! It’s in the middle of the cruise terminal and the airport. Metro is close by, and 4 stops to go to the city center. The hotel is very new, spacious, and clean. Breakfast is awesome with such a low price €8 (coffee is with decent quality, and you can even order latte, cappuccino or mocha for free). The hotel staff and restaurant staff are all super friendly. The lightning show at 10pm every day is very nice.

This place was simply the best hostel I've ever traveled to. The staff became good friends, always passionate to share their city and culture with guests, and always ready to just chat you up. The events the hostel hosts are so much fun! I made so many friends from around the world at their wine tasting classes. Wake up in the morning for a lovely breakfast and step out into beautiful Lisbon. Close by the metro station, no part of the city is beyond your reach!

This hotel is a gem. It’s in a lovely quiet neighborhood close to many excellent restaurants. The rooms are exceptionally large by Lisbon standards, including the bathroom! The shower was fabulous as was the big bathtub. We didn’t have dinner in the restaurant which has a lovely outside seating area. Breakfast was nice with both hot and cold options. The staff were very helpful with restaurant suggestions and booking us a taxi to the airport. We only stayed one night at the end of our trip but we’ll stay here again if we come back to Lisbon!

I appreciated how this hotel was able to accommodate me on short notice after the original hotel I had booked with canceled my reservation. The rate was reasonable and it was located where I needed to be. The Grand Lisboa Hotel is part of a chain of VIP hotels in Lisbon. It was quite clean but slightly run down. The room was basic and since I just needed to sleep and shower, it was fine. All the money has been put into the bathroom with modern fixtures. The bathtub is high and slippery. There was no mat to prevent falling and stepping out of the tub felt a bit precarious. The rest of the room was spare. The bed was quite firm. A table and chair in the room had some sort of dried spill on them. Bottled water was complimentary. I did not make use of the bar or restaurant facilities whilst there. To change money, on goes to a sister hotel, the VIP Zurich-walking distance-and receives a poor exchange rate. Live and learn. The service, overall, is helpful. I was given suggestions, directions, maps, etc. All the things one expects from those in the hospitality business happened. No complaints, there.
