퀄리티 인 & 스위트 링컨 니어 I-55(Quality Inn & Suites Lincoln Near I-55)

I stopped here on the way up to Peoria Illinois overnight. The clerk was excellent and friendly and the hotel is in a good location. It's a safe and mostly clean property however it definitely needs some updating. The carpeting in my room definitely needed to be replaced. I was surprised that they offered no spare toiletries as I had forgot to bring some shaving cream. Also there were no towels provided in the exercise room are in the pool hot tub area. The breakfast was exceedingly spare in the quantity of items (which surprised me as their were only several cars in the parking lot). I'm hoping they correct the few issues because I would like to give them another chance due to the friendly desk clerk!

Too many negatives to list so I’ll say one positive. The front desk was polite. That’s all I can say. I’ll never return nor recommend.

This hotel was old, the rooms were odoress and in poor condition. Staff was not helpful. We could not even spend the night because of all of the above and other. Totally disgusting!!

The staff was very friendly and kind. When my kids were in the pool the front desk brought pool noodles for them and was friendly. Also, the breakfast lady noticed that one of the people in our group liked de-caff and always made sure the days we were there that she had de-caff brewed for that member of our party as well as whatever else food they liked. She was very nice. The rooms weren't super clean. The first room we looked at had dust and hair on the tv stand. The bathroom also had a strange smell that would get worse and better throughout our stay. I think the room we were staying in was supposed to be renovated, but there were loose tiles in the bathroom and everything just seemed to be hurriedly thrown together with no attention to detail. It might have been that the room wasn't done but they were full up because of the IL State Fair and they rented it anyway? But the strange smells and dust and lack of cleanliness wasn't super pleasant.

When we checked in they said my payment was declined but yet it wasn’t so he ran my card again. Now I’m double charged. Room smelled horrible. Bathroom counter was sticky and inches of grime in bathtub and outside of it . Spiders everywhere. With pictures to go with.

Stayed one night on our way to destination. Room was fairly cheap and didn’t have great expectations so it wasn’t as much of a let down. The bathroom smelled like baby puke and the bed was creaking. Looked clean but had a smell.

Absolutely great stay. Had issues with another hotel we had been staying in. We went to you guys for help. Got us right in and we are very pleased thank you again. Cassandra

Nice and friendly staff. The room was not the cleanest. Funky smell.

1st floor under construction. Everybody stays on 2nd floor including the construction crew. IDK they're trying but price point to high for condition of room
