'서비스에 매우 화가났다. Wi-Fi는 대부분의 밤 TV에서 꺼졌습니다. 영화를 빌려 돈을 돌려 주길 원했습니다. 솔직히 가격 가치가 없습니다'

'The service was fine. The unit was very old carpet smelled,  the unit needs to be updated. Everything was looking like it was from 1970 , if it was updated, I would stay there again, but not the way it is now for the price that you pay was too much. It did have a washer and dryer which was good. It had designated parking, which was cool and staff was nice ,'

'Hidden gem with old-school island charm We absolutely loved our stay at The Kauai Inn! It has such a peaceful, laid-back atmosphere and feels way more authentic than the big resort hotels. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, and the whole property was lush and green — surrounded by mountains and palm trees. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Location was perfect for exploring the island — close to Līhuʻe, but quiet and tucked away. We’d 100% stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a more local, relaxed experience.'

'아름다운 호텔, 아름다운 객실, 아름다운 수영장, 바에서 일하는 사람들은 매우 친절했지만 리셉션에서는 실망스러웠습니다(모두가 그런 것은 아니라는 데 동의합니다). 하지만 너무 많은 돈을 지불했으니 더 많은 배려와 친절을 기대해야 하는데, 부끄러운 일입니다. 설명을 위해 말씀드리자면, 제 프랑스 신용카드는 그들의 스트립 판독 시스템(잔액이 부족하다는 메시지)과 호환되지 않습니다. 다만 전날 다른 사람이 제 신용카드를 삽입하고 코드를 입력했더니 마치 마법처럼 작동했고, 사실 바로 그 후에 저는 이 유명한 카드로 마을에서 구매를 했습니다. 운이 없었어요. 힘든 시간을 보냈어요. 여행이 끝나고 돌아올 계획이었지만 분명히 포기했어요.'
