Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted by Roberto (who owns the property in conjunction with his wife Giulia), who was only too happy to also assist with our luggage. We were shown to our spacious, extremely clean and modern apartment which included a bedroom with queen bed, a kitchen and living area with table and chairs, as well as a sofa and sofa bed and private bathroom. Air-conditioning was provided and worked well, as did the free Wi-Fi. There was also a balcony which had partial sea views and a portable clothes rack. The apartment also had all the kitchen accessories one could require (including tea and coffee making), whilst free parking was readily available in the quiet cul de sac street outside the apartment. Roberto provided us with a map of Leuca and also details of recommended restaurants, bars and cafes, as well as nearby sights and things to do and explained that he and his wife were there to assist with anything we may require during our stay. He also advised that there was a nearby communal room for guests, which included a washing machine and for a fee of 10 euros, a visitor could have exclusive use of this facility. We gratefully took up this offer. It is also worth mentioning the location, which is in a quiet area of Leuca (away from the general hustle and bustle of both traffic and people) and around an easy 10-minute walk to the main town area, where there are many restaurants, cafes, as well as supermarkets etc, whilst the closest beach is only one street back from the actual accommodation. In conclusion, we had a wonderful 4 days stay and would have no hesitation in recommending BiancaLeuca Guesthouse.

Giulia and Roberto were very helpful and welcoming hosts. They answered without delay to my inquieries before arriving and brought me from the bus stop with car. I got a map and a lot of useful information about Santa Maria di Leuca. The room was nicely decorated, clean and comfortable and had a nice balcony. The B&B was perfectly located near the centre. A wonderful place to stay in Leuca!

Facilissimo da trovare, posizione ottimale. Ambiente super accogliente, ci siamo sentite coccolate. Ad ogni domanda o richiesta abbiamo ricevuto risposte veloci e molto utili. Gentilezza e pulizia. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo.

Bellissima esperienza . Ottima accoglienza da parte di Roberto che gentilmente ci ha fornito utili indicazioni circa il nostro soggiorno. La stanza "conchiglia " è molto accogliente, arredata con gusto e pulitissima. Non si sente la mancanza del tv in camera dato che si vive un'atmosfera di perfetto relax. Struttura piacevole anche all'esterno, possibilità di parcheggio e vicinanza al mare e al centro.

Ciò che caratterizza questo B&B sono la tranquillità, la cordialità e la disponibilità di Roberto. Ha saputo essere sempre presente aiutandoci ad organizzare al meglio i punti d'interesse del nostro soggiorno. Ottima la colazione che nonostante la mia intolleranza al lattosio, Roberto ha saputo non farmi mancare nulla! Il punteggio è nella media perché avremmo preferito la pulizia della stanza ogni giorno e non ogni tre. Per il resto tutto al top! Non abbiamo sentito la mancanza della TV in camera ed anche il frigorifero in comune è stato comodissimo! Ci rivedremo! Grazie Beppe e Cri

Il b&B è in una posizione molto bella, all'interno della strada quindi silenziosa. Arredata con gusto con una bella entrata con divanetti dove si fa anche colazione. La nostra camera era un sottotetto, decisamente troppo basso, sbatti le braccia per toglierti una maglietta, crea un senso di soffocamento, non c'è la TV in camera, in bagno manca qualche appendino. Non c'è possibilità di stendere. Il proprietario molto cordiale, preparano la colazione secondo i tuoi gusti, uova strapazzate buonissime e marmellate fatte da loro. La recensione era buona finché ci ha detto che per pagare con il pos ci sarebbe stato un sovrapprezzo (è legale???) ed il bonifico lo voleva istantaneo, non riuscendo a farlo ne ho fatto uno normale, come avevo già pagato la caparra, alchè si è alterato dicendo che doveva aspettare tre giorni (!!!) Ho pure pagato un giorno prima di ripartire. La mattina della partenza, abbiamo aspettato la colazione per mezz'ora, poi non vedendo nessuno ce ne siamo andate, quindi persa. Peccato perdere clienti così
