'오래되었지만 편안한 호텔입니다. 다만 객실 방음이 되지 않습니다. 객실 내 냉장고에 문제가 있었는데 시원하지 않은 것으로 드러났지만, 호텔 직원들이 신속하게 해결해 주었습니다. 사보이 호텔 직원분들께 진심으로 감사드립니다. 호텔은 브라가 거리(Jl. Braga)와 매우 가까워서 음식을 구하기 쉽고, 브라가 거리를 따라 여러 슈퍼마켓이 있습니다.'

'방은 다른 이비스와 똑같고 특별한 것은 없지만, 구식이고 불편한 디자인이 있습니다. 일체형 욕실은 하단 지지대가 있는 플라스틱 장벽으로 이루어져 있으며, 상단은 실내 공간과 연결되어 있어 완전히 밀폐된 공간입니다. 건물이 많이 낡아서 수리를 할 수도 없고 수로를 바꿀 수도 없어서 깨끗해서 좋아요. 침대 위에 튀어나온 것 두 개는 디자인이 정말 형편없어요. 디자인적으로는 정말 실패네요. 가격도 저렴하고 위생적이라는 불만도 있지만 꼭 추천합니다.'

'이 호텔이 오래된 건물이라는 것을 알고 더러워질까 두려웠고 기대에 부응하지 못할까 두려웠기 때문에 처음 예약했을 때 조금 걱정되었습니다. 그러나 시설은 훌륭하고 완벽하며 깨끗하며 어린이 친화적이며 훌륭한 서비스입니다. 어쨌든 아침 식사는 xoxo 맛이지만 다양성으로 매우 완벽합니다. 이 요금을 위해 여기에 머무르는 것이 매우 가치가 있습니다. 방 밖의 다른 시설의 위생이 더 개선되기를 바랍니다 😊'

'I really love everything about this hotel. The atmosphere feels so warm and welcoming, and the people who work here are super nice and helpful. It honestly felt like home during my stay. I’ll definitely come back again whenever I get the chance!'

'We're staying here with our family on last long weekend. Industrial concept building design. Love the location, not directly in the main road, and surround with many trees, so you'll feel more relax about it. The receptionist we're also helpful & friendly, they gave me connecting rooms with balcony since we travel with elderly. Even for some days they have birthday party or community events, it's not really bother us, since we're not stay in the hotel so much. When we back at night after spend a long day outside, their service, room cleanliness, air con, cable tv, water heater were perfectly ready, also we're requesting for hair dryer. Also we decided to extent for another night, for total 4d 3n. On the last day morning, i had to attend an online meeting that need super fast internet connection, no doubt everything were so perfectly done. Maybe one day you'll have a pool too. 'Am staying in hotel kumala . For 6 nights . Location good service ok but the breakfast and hotel not good at all different between pictures on website and the real and smelly .....etc so don't trust the pictures on websites and don't pay earlier. And if u see my coffee in picture in restaurant breakfast stayed ther 5 days i already checkout but mybe still there no one move if no trust see cctv'
