'As an individual traveler, I appreciate the hotel's proximity to my office, which is only a 10-minute walk. The hotel provides excellent amenities, including a microwave and refrigerator, which is fantastic. However, I was disappointed by the limited parking, the fact that some restaurants are closed on Tuesdays, and the non-functional sockets in my room, which prevented me from using the fridge, charging my devices, and even using the kettle. On the bright side, the staff is incredibly friendly. Vikas and a kind lady whose name I didn't catch were both very helpful in resolving the socket issue.'

'Lovely friendly hotel, room was a good size, warm, they accommodate pets which was why we chose it, free tea and coffee all day, buffet breakfast was a highlight, very much recommend! Staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, nice area, hallway carpets could use a refresh, there is no gym room as advertised as it recently closed, overall excellent place to stay'
