크라운 플라자 리즈 후기

호텔은 주요 도로와 매우 가깝고 접근하기 쉽습니다. 체크인은 빠르고 효율적이었습니다. 방은 깨끗하고 신선합니다. 이곳을 마지막으로 방문한 이후 레저용 탈의실이 업그레이드되었으며 모든 레저 센터를 다시 한 번 이용하게 되어 기쁩니다. 레스토랑과 바 공간도 좋은 수준의 고객 서비스와 함께 새롭게 단장되었습니다. 시내 중심가는 여러 매력적인 바와 레스토랑을 지나 편안한 도보로 20분 거리에 있습니다. 우리는 Zapps에서 멋진 태국 음식을 먹었습니다. 단점은 두 번째로 우리 방 냉장고에 결함이 있어서 다음 방문에 첫 번째로 확인하겠습니다. 요리된 아침 식사는 매우 완벽했지만 그다지 뜨겁지는 않았습니다. 차가운 선택도 포괄적이었습니다. Plaza에 머무르는 것의 가장 큰 장점 중 하나는 M621과 고속도로에 접근하기가 훨씬 더 쉽고 순환 도로 네트워크를 협상할 필요가 없다는 것입니다. 우리가 리즈에 갈 때 항상 첫 번째 선택입니다.

수영장이 아이들로 가득 차 있었지만 훌륭한 호텔입니다. 체크인 시 제가 선불로 결제했다는 사실을 호텔에서 몰랐던 약간의 문제가 있었지만 신속하게 처리되었습니다! 아침 식사는 훌륭했고 방에 있는 차와 커피는 정말 훌륭했습니다! 침대는 정말 편안했고 휴대폰을 TV로 전송하기가 쉬웠습니다.

Great service from the hotel staff. The customer service experience leaves a lot of room for improvement.

We had a fabulous 1 night stay in Leeds. Lovely to meet Yasser at check in, a big thanks to him for being so helpful. He is a credit to the business.  Will definitely be staying on our next visit to Leeds.

Hotel was great. Staff all very friendly,helpful and well organised. We were also allowed to upgrade our package which turned out to be excellent value for the additional charge. Would highly recommend to anyone considering staying in Leeds. Location was fine with a 10 minute walk from the railway station and also into the city centre.

Room and facilities was not great would not stop again

The hospitality was awesome, and the room is lovely and I’m definitely going to be staying here whenever I come to Leeds. And I’ll be looking for your hotel in other cities.

Second time to stayed at this hotel Really enjoyed the first time that’s why I came back again. Very good breakfast as usual . But During my stay this time the room 409 internet was really bad and when taking a shower the bathtub water was seeped into the room .so it was really wet and discomfort. And the receptionist call Lily she is not really professional. Anyway Hope IHG group service can be improved in the future

From arriving to a friendly welcome at reception (Sam)everything and every member of staff was lovely and could not do enough to help. From the foyer to the bar/dining area to our room, we found it spotless, well thought out and extremely comfortable. The bed was comfy and you heard no outside noise if there was improvement I could offer, a pillow menu would be great. Otherwise 5stars and we would definitely use again 😁

Perfect for our one night stay. Leisure facilities faultless. Breakfast and evening meal good. Breakfast seating arrangements were a bit chaotic.

Beautiful hotel service was friendly and nothing was too much for them  Food was excellent and felt like home from home
