I spent four nights here with my wife, and it was an amazing experience! Our room was quite large, featuring a spacious bathroom and closet. The bed was very comfortable, and everything was clean, with plenty of towels and bathroom supplies available. The room and the surrounding street were very quiet, so we didn’t hear any noise from neighbors or traffic, allowing us to sleep well and fully relax. The host was incredibly friendly and helpful! I accidentally left my laptop behind, but he was kind enough to assist me and shipped it back. He was truly honest and very polite, and I’m really thankful for his help! The self-check-in process was also very simple and convenient, especially since we arrived late on our first day. The location is fantastic—very central with lots of restaurants, bars, and shops within a short 5-10 minute walk. It’s also easy to reach by car, situated right at the entrance to the limited traffic zone (ZTL), which non-locals can’t access. We parked on the street nearby; just keep an eye out for the blue lines for public parking and buy a ticket from the machine. I wholeheartedly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again! Five stars!

Excellent location, in the old part of the city. Room was excellent, all amenities. Prior to check-in communication was via Watsapp messages with check-in instructions to let ourselves in as no staff on site. There was no mention at any stage that ID/documentation was required even though I booked through Bookings.com with payment details viewable on my cellular phone - Check-out day was a Sunday so we requested check-out procedure via Watsapp not expecting to see staff as day before. Staff was rude and didn't explain reason for supplying ID, I presented two credit cards with my name and he was still dissatisfied even though he accepted payment.

Stayed in the first floor apartment for 2 nights June 2-4 2023 Room is very large and had plenty of room for our family of 4 and all our luggage. The room was clean and we were greeted upon arrival. However, the room needs some maintenance. The wallpaper was peeling off the walls. Not just a little bit but large chunks could be easily ripped off the walls. The room also had a musty/damp smell to it. Being on the street level, there was a lot of noise. The bedroom for my kids was in the front by the street and we did not feel comfortable with them sleeping alone in the front with the large windows leading to the street. The bathroom is also very small considering the size of the rest of the apartment. And if you have a car - parking is terrible. I was told the hotel had parking. However, when we returned from our day trip and needed a place to park the owner told us all the spots were taken. He told me to park on the main road. But on a Saturday night in this area - there is no parking available. We drove around for a while and he told me at first he couldn't help because he was out to dinner. He finally sent me to a paid parking garage which was a 20 min walk from the hotel. We had no choice so we parked there and had to pay 20Euro for over night parking. Fortunately we were leaving the next day. Overall, nice size room but in need of some updating.

The property is Absolutely amazing it feels like you are stepping back in time. The room is clean, comfortable and located in the heart of Lecce city. Our host Marco is unbelievably welcoming and the breakfast was very nice. Highly recommend!! We cannot wait to come again. Thank you, Marco

We stay in at Dimora in Oct 2022. It was the off season so they did not offer breakfast but you cannot beat the location. Also, the room was beautiful and lovely with comfortable beds. Marco, was so helpful and accommodating. Highly recommend this place. Can't wait to go back during season.

Wir wurden nicht persönlich empfangen im Hotel. Wir haben vor der Ankunft angerufen, um uns nach einem Parkplatz zu erkundigen, wobei alle Infos per WhatsApp kamen. Das Hotel war mit einem Code betretbar. Im Zimmer roch es sehr stark nach dem Abfluss im Badezimmer und die Bodenheizung war eingeschaltet (im Mai), weshalb es die ganze Nacht sehr heiss war im Zimmer. Gemäss Info mussten wir die Dokumente per WhatsApp senden und am morgen die Taxen bar im Zimmer hinterlegen. Morgens beim verlassen des Hotels wurden wir wahrscheinlich durch den Besitzer angesprochen, welcher sich nicht vorstellte, sondern lediglich wissen wollte, ob wir die Taxen bezahlt haben und wo wir den Schlüssel des Zimmers gelassen haben. Die Begegnung war sehr überraschend und unfreundlich, ohne Nachfrage, wie unser Aufenthalt war. Sehr schade. Der Preis von 110€ pro Nacht rechtfertigt knapp die Lage.
