Ottimo HOTEL Buona Qualità Eccellente Servizio Pulizia Ottima Confort Perfetto

Unfortunately I had the worst night sleep I've ever had in this hotel. Well to be accurate, I got no sleep at all! They have spent money on doing up their hotel and the lobby and restaurant looks stunning, and the breakfast was great. However, they have not given the same attention to detail to their rooms. There was a smell that was like drains in the room which was horrible.There is a dangerous shelf with a metal railings hanging above the place you put a suitcase which my partner hit his head on the sharp corner... not a clever decision to put it there. The paintwork in our room was unfinished, the towels were threadbare, and the mattress was truly terrible - so cheap and so uncomfortable I was in great pain. I went to complain at 2am and was taken to another empty room to give me a pillow from the bed there - I asked if I could sleep in that room instead but I was told I wasn't allowed to. We had a second night there, so as I could not sleep due to the cheap old mattress, I spent the night searching for another hotel to stay in. It then took two more days to get the hotel to refund me for the second night and lots of phone calls as they had to take it up with the hotel owner Aloisi who was on holiday. They should have refunded me for the first night too really as I was treated terribly. Even the nice Receptionist on the desk in the morning -Maurizio said they didn't get it right, and I should have been offered another room. So no personal service received there at all. It would have been nice to have heard from Aloisi himself with an apology.

Great hotel for the night. Very friendly staff. Own cafe/deli. Beds good. Breakfast a bit small. Minor, room is small with 2 people and 2 large suitcases.

Habría podido darle 4 estrellas pero el hecho que la habitación oliese tanto a tabaco me ha obligado a darle una valoración mas baja. Un olor insoportable, además en la habitación había un cenicero, eso significa que se puede fumar al interior de las habitaciones. El hotel parece nuevo y las habitaciones bien modernas. Hay parking privado detrás del hotel. Desayuno bien.

Esperienza tutto sommato positiva. La stanza da me prenotata non era disponibile, dirottato in una tre letto! I particolari lasciavano un pò a desiderare. Assenza di kit da bagno, telecomando della televisione non funzionante ed assenza di tv satellitare. Buona l'insonorizzazione della stanza, meno l'arredamento privo di guardaroba e frigobar non funzionante. Buona la pulizia. Colazione pessima.

Sono molto felice di questa scelta, avevamo prenotato con mio marito per un breve soggiorno. piu' per comodità che per necessità, poi per motivi indipendenti dalla nostra volontà abbiamo dovuto prolungare il soggiorno. Ci siamo trovati benissimo, prima di tutto per la pulizia delle camere , con biancheria da bagno cambiata quotidianamente, stanze non gigantesche ma dotate di ogni confort( come scrivania e seggiola. panca porta valigie---- lo specifico perchè non sono cose scontate anche in hotel ben più pretenziosi) Ottima la posizione per le nostre necessitò. Buona la colazione . Gentilissimo il personale. hanno cercato di venirci incontro per le necessità che sono sopraggiunte durante la permanenza in ogni modo e tutte queste cose ad un prezzo veramente onesto. Grazie hotel Aloisi. abbiamo trovato il nostro punto d'appoggio per i nostri prossimi soggiorni a Lecce!

en circuit dans les pouilles avec kuoni nous avons couches dans cet hotel ou plutot dans la station service attenante a oublier tres tres vite pas digne de kuoni loin de tout chambres a peine propre peu etre pas d autre hotel a lecce...

Chambres petites et inconfortables, Vue sur une station service, une rue très passante et très bruyante, et un grand parking avec un bar très fréquenté par une clientèle de passage, très restaurant "routier" Petit déjeuner nul et le repas du soir encore pire. Menu : risotto/saucisse et boulettes de viande en deuxième plat, le tout jeté dans une assiette et en dessert une mauvaise mousse au chocolat de la taille de 2 dés à coudre (mais il y en avait bien assez....) A EVITER ABSOLUMENT
