It can be seen that even though the bed sheets were changed, the quilt core was not replaced and cleaned. After asking for replacement, corners were still cut and I was told that a full set was replaced. In fact, my bedroom only changed the quilt but not the bed sheets and pillow cores because I found a hair under the pillow when I checked in. When the hotel informed me that the replacement was completed, the hair was still in place.../The carpet is very visible as shown in the picture. Dirty/There are foreign objects on the towels in the room.
