The second bedroom offers direct access to the main bathroom and includes a walk-in closet , perfect for unpacking and organizing your belongings. Both bedrooms have VIZIO smart TV's for guests to enjoy while staying.
Cozy up by the electric fireplace and take in the scenic views from the private deck overlooking the charming town of Lead. The comfortable sofa pulls out into a full-size bed, providing additional sleeping space. Beautiful views from the kitchen deck of this three story home located on a hilltop in Lead, SD is the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee or have an outdoor BBQ. The front door of this home opens onto a loft style living room with a natural gas fireplace and TV with cable. The main level houses the full size kitchen with a refrigerator, stove, and dishwasher stocked with coffee maker, toaster, microwave, pots, pans, utensils, plates, cups, silverware - all you need to bring is the food! Accommodations for up to 10 guests with three bedrooms and one additional loft sleeping area along with 3 1/2 bathrooms. The master bedroom features a king Tempur-pedic bed and its own bathroom. The 2nd bedroom on the upper level has a king size bed. An additional loft sleeping area has a queen bed with views of the hills. The downstairs bedroom has one full size bed and one queen bed. The downstairs family room has a gaming area with a Foosball table, sectional couch, Harley Davidson table and chairs, and a TV. Walk out from here to the 6 person hot tub and outdoor patio area. The home is located right next to both an ATV and snowmobile trail head and 5 miles to Terry Peak Ski Area. In addition, this is a great place to base yourself for touring the Black Hills including visiting Historic Deadwood, taking the scenic drive through Spearfish Canyon, and visiting Mount Rushmore and Crazy Horse Monuments.

The space
Our lovely 900 square foot condo features two large bedrooms each with walk in closet, queen sized bed, mirror, dresser and 4k TV. We also have a foldout twin bed and a queen air mattress available.
The living room has a full sized couch and love seat to allow your family the space to relax and a 4k TV for your entertainment. All TVs have built in FireTV with apps for your favorite streaming services. Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Video, and HBO are waiting for you to log in. Local and cable channels available in the living room using YouTube TV.
The fully equipped kitchen includes dishwasher, stove/oven, microwave, full sized refrigerator, Keurig machine, dishes, silverware, glasses and cups, pots and pans, baking dishes, blender, toaster, and storage containers. We've stocked necessities like dish washing soap/detergent, cooking oil and spices, and enough complimentary coffee and hot chocolate K cups to get your stay started.
In the bathroom, we provide hand soap, towels, make up wipes, hair dryer, toilet paper and tissue paper.
Throughout the condo, you can access secure, hi speed, wireless internet to support your entertainment or business needs.
Wi-Fi speeds 266 Mbps down, 16 Mbps up
We also have a pack-n-play, height chair seat and kids plates, plastic ware and cups to use if you are traveling with infants or toddlers. The height chair seat can be attached to the bar stools to help with feeding time.

Welcome to Summit Lodge! This updated 3+ bedroom/2 bath home is located in the historic mining town of Lead, overlooking the Kirk Canyon area. Elegantly furnished with contemporary mountain décor, the house features over 2,200 of square feet, on three levels, 3+ bedrooms include: 1 king size bed, 2 queen beds, and 2 twin beds. In addition, there is a comfortable sectional couch in the living room and a cushy leather sofa in the family room. Air mattresses are available upon request. The house can sleep 8-9 people.
The house offers a chef's style kitchen made for family dinners and entertaining which includes a dining room table for 6, and a breakfast bar island.
The main level of the house features: open floor plan with a wall of windows and easy access to the large deck from the kitchen and living room, recessed kitchen lights, new hickory kitchen cabinets, stainless steel appliances, refrigerator with ice and water dispenser, a dishwasher, hardwood floors, kitchen table and island. The main level bedroom has a queen size bed and a walk-out slider patio door with access to the backyard.
The upper level of this mountain retreat features the Master Suite with vaulted ceilings and floor to ceiling windows with a view of the mountains, a private bedroom with a King size bed and a walk-thru room with two twin beds, walk-in closet, an oversized Master bath with two separate sinks, a jet tub, and a custom tiled walk-in shower.
The lower level features the family room and the third bedroom with a queen size bed, and a walk-out slider patio door. The family room offers a pool/ping pong table, dart board game and TV.
The house is equipped with dishes, utensils, coffee maker, toaster, waffle maker, crock pot, and microwave, sheets, pillows, comforters, blankets and towels.
There is space to park 3-4 vehicles on the property; no trailer parking on the street. Convenient location to the northern hills' attractions, just minutes to Deadwood (3 mi), Terry Peak (3.5 mi), Spearfish Canyon Scenic Byway (8 mi), and the Sturgis Motorcycle Rally (17 mi), walking distance to the Neutrino Lab, and less than a mile to the open cut Homestake Gold Mine, the historic Opera House and the Mickelson Trailhead, easy access to central and southern hills via Highways 385 and 85. Children are welcome.

Enjoy a king bed, 2 queen beds, & 2 twins. 2 bathrooms, full kitchen, living room, family room. Sip morning coffee on the deck, by the fire, or take a soak in the NEW hot tub! Large private yard & garage parking. Comes with bedding, most kitchen supplies, + washer & dryer. Clean home with new carpet & great reviews! Space for quite remote work.

This spacious home has 3 levels and plenty of room for large families or groups. The home is equipped with 7 bedrooms with 4 full baths and can easily house 18 guests. The three levels include a living room on each level providing space for everyone. The house has 5 king, 3 queen and 2 twin beds. All bedrooms have tv's with cable. For your entertainment, there is a dart board, pool table, foosball, Boss Toss and a poker table. Outside there is a mini golf course and a horse shoe pit. In the three stall garage, you have a large screen tv and fridge. Between the upper deck and lower patio you have amazing views of the hills. It has easy access to snowmobile, bike and atv trails. This house will not disappoint, it is centrally located between Deadwood and Terry Peak.
