'객실 요금은 가격 대비 괜찮고, 조식 뷔페는 계란, 핫도그, 콘드비프, 밥, 커피가 괜찮았습니다. 리셉션 직원의 서비스가 매우 형편없고 룸서비스는 0% 미만입니다. 주문한 음식을 받는 데 거의 한 시간이 걸립니다. 리셉셔니스트에게 전화하면 바쁘다고 하거나 (안타깝게도!) 주문한 음식이 주방에서 주문되었다고 거짓말을 합니다. 또 한 가지, 저는 방을 세 개나 예약했는데 실수로 손님 중 한 명의 방을 잊어버려서 리셉셔니스트에게 제 이름으로 된 방이 뭔지 물었더니, 어머니가 도와주셔야 하니 전화해 달라고 했습니다. 다른 손님들은 안타깝지만, 숙소는 낭비입니다. 리셉셔니스트들의 손님 응대에 대한 지식이 매우 부족합니다.'

'차고가 많고 2층까지 계단이 있는 모텔입니다. 방에는 문이 2개 있고, 문 사이에 웨이터가 물건을 배달하기 쉽도록 테이블이 있습니다. 방은 꽤 크지만 시설이 완벽하지 않습니다. 주전자가 필요합니다. (정수, 주전자, 유리잔, 커피잔, 커피 등이 포함된 세트입니다) 침대가 꽤 크고, 시트만 깔려있어서 담요를 달라고 했어요. 일체형으로 제작되어 누워 있기 매우 편안한 특별한 리클라이닝 의자가 있습니다. 패스트푸드점과 비슷한 테이블과 소파가 있지만 근처에는 전원이 공급되지 않는다. 욕실 문쪽에는 유선형 화장대가 있고, 헤어드라이어와 전원 공급 장치도 있어서 거기에서 거의 일을 할 수가 없습니다. 아침 식사 시간을 사전에 합의하시면 다음날 객실로 직접 배달해 드립니다. 당신이 묻지 않으면 아무도 당신을 귀찮게 하거나 방을 청소하지 않을 것입니다. 룸카드가 없어서 나갈 때 직접 잠그고, 돌아올 때 웨이터에게 문을 열어달라고 부탁했을 수도 있어요. (필리핀 영어는 잘 못 알아들었어요) 방에서 바퀴벌레가 발견되었습니다. 요약 : 방이 넓고 서비스가 주문형이며 자동차를 가진 사람들에게 적합합니다.'

'좋은 거래였습니다. 좋은 위치. 맛있는 음식. 매우 친절하고 배려심 있는 직원. 최고! 꼭 다시 올 것입니다. 메트로에 있는 추천 호텔 중 하나입니다. 너무 붐비지 않습니다. 밤에 수영장이 정말 좋습니다.'

'처음 이 호텔에 갔을 때 나는 즉시 감동을 받았습니다. 그래서 다음에는 여기로 예약하겠다고 했어요. 객실은 넓고 편의 시설은 매우 좋습니다. 정말 어린이 친화적입니다. 우리는 친구들과 아이들과 즐거운 시간을 보냈습니다. 여기서 매우 가까워도 다시 예약할 거예요 😅'

'The room is nice but no trash bins. The hotel location is far from any establishments such as ATM, market, malls and etc. The front desk has unpleasing vibes, she asked irrelevant and obvious questions and always in a hurry. Overall, the room is nice, wifi is working and we were able to sleep.'

'Initially, the staff were accommodating, helping me settle in and providing the essentials I needed. However, within an hour, their responsiveness declined significantly. For instance, I requested access to the Wi-Fi, which was available, but they refused to share the password. Instead, one staff member suggested I purchase mobile data, which I found extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. In terms of location, the hotel is conveniently situated near malls and shops, which is a positive aspect. However, the building itself raises serious safety concerns. There were numerous gas tanks stored near the staircase, and the constant smell of overused oil permeated the area. These conditions are hazardous, and I strongly urge a fire inspector to assess the premises immediately. Overall, my experience was far from satisfactory. I was deeply disappointed with my stay and would not recommend this hotel to my friends or family. Red Doors needs to raise its standards and conduct thorough reviews of its partners to ensure guest satisfaction, enjoyment, and—most importantly—safety.'
