옥시덴탈 라스 팔마스(Occidental Las Palmas)

A las 22 h horas he llegado al hotel con ganas de descansar. Pero me encuentro que en el piso 8 se está celebrando un evento con baile y música latina, con una gran cantidad de personas. En recepción me dicen que acaba a las 12 de la noche y que no pueden dar ninguna solución, porque es el director quien tendría que responder y claro no está. Me hospedo en el piso 7. En la habitación oigo los pasos de la gente bailando, la música, los gritos, las risas. El problema también del ascensor. Uno solo para 7 pisos con unas cuantas habitaciones, más la fiesta. Tiempo perdido esperándolo y mucha gente haciendo cola. NO RECOMIENDO DE NINGUNA MANERA ESTE HOTEL. Además el día que llegué me dieron una habitación que ya estaba ocupada. Dos días sin gel de baño porque la gobernanta no debe revisar bien, el agua de cortesía del primer día no estaba en la habitación. El desayuno 12 euros por persona carísimo para lo que hay, en fin y está noche solo faltaba el evento. Creo que deberían avisar cuando el cliente hace la reserva por respeto, porque de otra manera no parece, sino que es real la tomadura de pelo.

Great centralised Hotel for beachs, prettiest parks, great restaurants and cafes, and so near great shopping area. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful. It's bright and spotless, very comfortable beds and roomy bedroom. Great value for money. I would definitely return here again

personnel accueillant et toujours avec le sourire. Le déjeuner est de qualité et l’hôtel est bien placé. Juste un problème de parking pour la voiture et un nombre trop restreint de chaînes française. proche des restaurants et du port de plaisance

Um bom hotel, mas isolado, sem bares e restaurantes por perto. Pessoal da recepção sempre atencioso com informações precisas. Destaque para a camareira, Helena, que nos atendeu com eficiência . Quarto, wc e demais comodidades, escelentes.

We were 'dumped' here, unceremoniously, by Tui after our plane home developed an engine fault on Thursday 14 Sep at 2150. We finally got to the hotel, knowing nothing about it, at around 0400 on Friday 15 Sep with an email from Tui that we'd be flying home at 1500 that same day. The hotel had obviously told Tui that they had free rooms, so 28 of us, many with disabilities, descended. The young lady on the reception got all of us into rooms incredibly speedily, with grace and compassion. The rooms are adequate, more of a bijou (UK type) Travelodge to be honest, but they were clean, tiday, well equipped; the only issue we had with the room, 105, was the automatic light in the bathroom/toilet not going out. We were offered a room ove, but we were so tired we declined. The next morning another email from Tui stating we would now be flying home 0700 Saturday 16 September. We moved rooms, to one that the toilet light went out automatically; again the hotel staff were brilliant and we moved to room 102. We were meant to be getting up at 0300 for an 0400 pick up, but at just before midnight the receptionist called to say Tui had moved the flight again and we'd be getting picked up at 0700. We actually had better communications from the hotel staff than we did Tui The food was very good, breakfast was cooked or cold. The midday meal had a choice of 2 courses, with multiple sweets and same for Dinner. I believe they don't usual put on a midday meal, but they did for us. The staff in the 'canteen' were equally as good as the 3 ladies we dealt with in reception and I made it a point of thanking all as we finally left for the airport. It's not somewhere I'd probably book to stay, I think it's mainly aimed at the business man working in the city, but given Tui dumped 28 cheesed off Brits on them at 0400 in the morning, they were simply wonderful I can't thank them enough and have written to the manager of the hotel with similar sentiments to this review.

La atención fenomenal en especial Kevin en la recepción y la camarera de la plant -1 y el bartender del fooftop. Limpieza de 10 y la atención del personal en general fenomenal. La ubicación genial. Recomendable 100%

Good hotel, but if you’re looking for a place with character this is not the place to be. Friendly reception staff. Easy walk to the restaurants in the port. Parking sometimes challenging. Breakfast good but nothing really special. Very good bed. All in all a pleasant stay.

Abbiamo cercato un alloggio alternativo a quello che abitualmente utilizziamo. Il Carnevale ci ha aiutato a scoprire questa fantastica realtà. Avevamo paura per la localizzazione, distante dal punto nevralgico in cui si svolge la nostra attività, ma in compenso abbiamo avuto la gioia di essere vicino al porto. Grazie per l'accoglienza e per la gentilezza.

Volvere a repetir, me gusto mucho los empleados, limpieza, y lugares sercanos. Muy silencioso, a la hora descansar. Las vista desde su ultimo piso, muy bonitas. Lo único q no he probado fue su comida, ya q no entro en mi presupuesto.
