Tolles Hotel direkt am Meer mit super Garten ! Das Restaurant war super ! Leider bei 5 Sterne klein Wasser im Zimmer und Nespresso Maschine Es war auch kein Kosmetik Sachen oder Seife !! Service im Zimmer Ok

좋은 호텔이지만 오늘날 22C의 더위 속에서 야외 식사 공간에서 야외 가스 히터를 사용한다고 주장하는 것에 놀랐습니다. 아무도 그것을 요구하지 않았고 그것은 경험을 불편하게 만들었습니다. 우리는 이것을 그만 두어야 합니다!! 형편없는 RIU.

훌륭한 위치, 아름다운 수영장, 훌륭한 음식 - 다양한 종류의 뷔페, 대부분의 직원이 매우 친절함. 그러나 일부 부정적인 점 - 우리 방에서 압도적인 사용과 살충제 냄새 - 호텔을 떠난 지 2일 후에도 여전히 냄새가 납니다! 다른 놀랍고 실망스러운 점(5성급 호텔의 경우) - 슬리퍼가 제공되지 않고, 객실 내 금고를 사용하는 데 22유로의 요금이 부과되며, 베개와 수건은 3성급 수준이었습니다.

This is an excellent hotel! Reception staff are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Nothing is too much trouble and we never felt rushed with our queries. Every area of the hotel is spotlessly clean and the grounds are well cared for by the numerous gardeners. The rooms are clean and comfortable with plenty of space to accommodate your clothes. Large bathroom with large shower. Pools are well maintained with plenty of comfortable padded sunbeds and no problem finding one to flop onto whatever time of day you decide to turn up. The pool attendants are the best I have ever seen and actively help people to put up sunshades and locate them exactly as you want. The waiting staff servicing the pool areas work tirelessly to supply drinks and snacks. The restaurants are excellent with great quality food. We visited both a la carte restaurants and thoroughly enjoyed both. Waiting staff are always welcoming and efficient in their duties. The location of the hotel is excellent. The promenade gives easy access to the Maspalomas beach and dunes. Plenty of shops, cafes and restaurants in close walking distance. We will definitely be returning 😊

This is the best hotel we have ever stayed at. Exceptionally clean. Every attention to detail. Excellent choice of food especially if you like seafood. Best internet speed ever in a hotel. Quality of evening shows first class. Sometimes 3 acts . Quality of service first class. We had a small issue with tv remote and shower, maintenance man was there in 5 mins to resolve. We have no hesitation in recommending this hotel.

We’re currently at the Riu Palace Meloneras. What can I say apart from ‘outstanding’ in every sense of the word. The complex is just amazing and so well maintained and spotlessly clean as are the rooms and all public areas. The breakfast and dinner buffets are just wow! Quality of food is excellent and you’re definitely spoilt for choice. A big thanks to each and every member of the team that go above and beyond to make this hotel what it is. We’ve stayed at Riu hotels in the past but this is definitely top of the list. If you’ve not visited then you really must - you don’t know what you’re missing. We’ll definitely be returning - hopefully before too long!

This is our twelfth visit to this hotel. I have reviewed it several times. I can say that nothing has changed. It is still my favourite hotel in Meloneras. As usual the whole experience is just brilliant. Nice clean modern rooms. Excellent food. Delightful and friendly staff. Pools and gardens well kept. The two other restaurants are a great alternative to the buffet. I always feel relaxed at this hotel from the minute I arrive , fantastic. I have recommended this hotel to other friends and when they came they have loved it as well.

We visit every year and this hotel never disappoints; with friendly welcoming staff, clean rooms, well equipped gym, and a calm tranquility. We love it!

Third time here and we will be back again soon. Many thanks to the wonderful Martin, who always goes out of his way to make guests happy. The only disappointment for us this trip was no lobster or much caviar. That’s what makes you so different.
