The service throughout my stay was impeccable. Staff members were warm, attentive, and intuitive without ever being intrusive. Whether it was assistance with luggage, dining recommendations, or simply a friendly check‑in to ensure everything was perfect, the team consistently delivered with professionalism and charm. The hotel grounds are equally impressive. Lush, tranquil, and meticulously maintained, they create a peaceful escape that feels worlds away from the bustle of the city. 저와 제 파트너는 Catalyst에서 멋진 시간을 보냈습니다. 직원들은 친절했고, 특히 우리가 가장 좋아하는 Busisiwe는요. 아침 식사와 다른 식사는 훌륭했습니다. 위치가 매우 중심적이었고 Sandton City Mall까지 왕복 셔틀 버스가 있었습니다. 다음에 요하네스버그에 갈 때는 꼭 다시 머물 것입니다.

어메니티가 부족하다고 데스크에 말하면 더 주고, 조식은 진짜 맛있고, 필요한 서비스들은 바로 연결해 주는 편한 호텔이었어요. 호텔 지하에 있는 스파도 괜찮았어요. 다만 실내에서 신는 슬리퍼가 없어 좀 아쉬웠습니다.

훌륭한 서비스, 맛있는 조식, 그리고 주변에 편의시설과 레스토랑이 가까워요. 출장이나 휴가 목적의 단기 숙박에 아주 좋습니다.

스트레스 없이 편안하고 즐거운 시간을 보냈습니다. 나는 신생아와 남편과 함께 여행했습니다. 우리는 디럭스 스위트룸을 이용했습니다. 훌륭한 서비스. 접근성이 용이합니다. 부하 차단 중에 전기 및 물 공급을 위한 좋은 백업입니다. 추천. 샌튼 센터까지 차로 5분.

It was lovely. Staff were friendly and accommodating and arranged airport pickup. The breakfast was lovely as well as room service. Will definitely stay here again if visiting Jhb. 💕❤️ The rooms were clean although amenities needed to be requested suxh as robes, slippers, shower gel, shampoo etc - not really nice after a long flight. As well as water, so if this could be provided first that would make it even great.

It's giving more 3 than 4 stars? Customer service poor. Holiday Inn was full so this was a close alternative. Had amenities but their outlets were in the kitchen far from the bed? Not very business traveller or relaxing traveller friendly. I booked a queen studio which had a kitchenette which was great for warming food etc. Decor a bit tired so could do with some love. But apart from a very dirty bottle left on the balcony it was clean. Location is excellent for Rosebank Mall even if you have to play chicken to cross the road 😆 Customer service was severely lacking. I thought Radisson Red staff were slow but at least they were always there. You can't call frontdesk . It's all QR codes and WhatsApp. Late check out would be the cost of another night R1980. Staff had a, I dunno attitude and werent very helpful. 1 security guard and 1 young lady in the lounge are the only exceptions. Outlets in the lounge and office were local only and I had to really ask to get where I could buy adapters / converters. Next time I'll go elsewhere. They're not customer focused enough for me.

I have stayed at the Quatermain before, and I am happy to say that the whole experience was once again just lovely! I had arrived VERY early on my check-in day and the staff made sure that I had a room well before the scheduled check-in time AND they upgraded me too! The staff at the hotel are friendly, helpful and all round just a delight!! Even with the ongoing challenges that loadshedding (scheduled power outtages) brings to the smooth operation of any business. The gardens are immaculate and tranquil, and it is unbelievable to think you are in the middle of everything with the peace and quiet that pervades. The little bistro / restaurant's menu is thankfully limited, as it means that the quality can be assured and anything that is made tastes deliciously homemade. The evening buffet is very good value for money! Just a small note that due to loadshedding, sometimes the email/booking system gives some issues - so don't forget to just follow up once booked :)
