저와 제 파트너는 Catalyst에서 멋진 시간을 보냈습니다. 직원들은 친절했고, 특히 우리가 가장 좋아하는 Busisiwe는요. 아침 식사와 다른 식사는 훌륭했습니다. 위치가 매우 중심적이었고 Sandton City Mall까지 왕복 셔틀 버스가 있었습니다. 다음에 요하네스버그에 갈 때는 꼭 다시 머물 것입니다.

어메니티가 부족하다고 데스크에 말하면 더 주고, 조식은 진짜 맛있고, 필요한 서비스들은 바로 연결해 주는 편한 호텔이었어요. 호텔 지하에 있는 스파도 괜찮았어요. 다만 실내에서 신는 슬리퍼가 없어 좀 아쉬웠습니다.

훌륭한 서비스, 맛있는 조식, 그리고 주변에 편의시설과 레스토랑이 가까워요. 출장이나 휴가 목적의 단기 숙박에 아주 좋습니다.

근처에 몰과 식당들이 많아서 여행객에게 안전한곳 같습니다. 남아공 치안이 안좋지만 호텔 인근은 안전한 것 같았어요

It's giving more 3 than 4 stars? Customer service poor. Holiday Inn was full so this was a close alternative. Had amenities but their outlets were in the kitchen far from the bed? Not very business traveller or relaxing traveller friendly. I booked a queen studio which had a kitchenette which was great for warming food etc. Decor a bit tired so could do with some love. But apart from a very dirty bottle left on the balcony it was clean. Location is excellent for Rosebank Mall even if you have to play chicken to cross the road 😆 Customer service was severely lacking. I thought Radisson Red staff were slow but at least they were always there. You can't call frontdesk . It's all QR codes and WhatsApp. Late check out would be the cost of another night R1980. Staff had a, I dunno attitude and werent very helpful. 1 security guard and 1 young lady in the lounge are the only exceptions. Outlets in the lounge and office were local only and I had to really ask to get where I could buy adapters / converters. Next time I'll go elsewhere. They're not customer focused enough for me.
