Global Ambassador is new since I was last in the Valley and kept hearing about it so I booked a night to see what all the fuss was about. HiGHLY overrated. If you want to have a drink in the lobby bar and people watch, it's good entertainment but I would never stay there again. Rooms: They're very nice but nothing extraordinary. I'm sure there are nice views of Camelback from the rooms on the backside of the hotel but in front your view is of the valet drive up and aparment building less than 30 yards away. Was awakened at 6:50 a.m. by leaf blowers in front of the hotel. TOTALLY unacceptable. Bathrooms: Again, nice but nothing special and NO rainfall shower or handheld shower option, just a simple wall showerhead. Rooftop: Very lively and beautiful view of Camelback but for some strange reason, they have a covered partition behind the outside tables at the roof's edge that completely blocks the view once you're seated. Didn't understand that. Pool: Tiny and you have to walk out of the front entrance and go outside of the hotel to get to the pool. Very odd setup. Service: The staff was very friendly and helpful, probably the only part of the hotel that reflected the price point they charge. Food: Only had a salad in the lobby bar which was okay, nothing special. I did attempt to order dessert from room service and 30 minutes later when it was due to be delivered, I received a call saying they were out of the item. Overall: extremely disappointing. I've stayed at many, many hotels which were as nice or nice for half or even a third of what GA charges.

밤늦게 피닉스 공항에 도착해서 공항 셔틀 서비스가 있는 호텔을 찾고 있었는데, 도착 로비에서 프런트 데스크에 전화해서 셔틀을 예약하고 안전하게 체크인할 수 있어서 다행이었습니다. 프런트 직원분들도 친절하셨고, 객실도 깨끗해서 편안하게 지낼 수 있었습니다. 감사합니다.

공항에서 가깝고 셔틀이 있어 편하지만 전화를 걸어 픽업을 해여하는 점이 좀 번거롭다

괜찮습니다. Ctrip은 세심한 서비스를 제공하며 고객 서비스는 항상 온라인입니다.

아침 식사는 좋았고 침대도 편안했습니다. 방이 조용해서 밤새 푹 잤습니다. 변기가 계속 막혔지만 전반적으로 가격 대비 좋았습니다.

환경은 그럭저럭이고 시설은 비교적 단순하며 임시 체류는 여전히 가능합니다. 내부 직원도 괜찮습니다. 그러나 교통은 고속도로 바로 옆에 있어 매우 편리합니다. 자율주행은 좋은 선택입니다.

매우 친절하고 도움이 되는 직원들이 제 가족을 돌보기 위해 최선을 다했습니다. 감사합니다.
