리리뷰어우리는 세인트 오거스틴으로의 여행을 위해 이 장소에 이틀 동안 머물렀습니다. 호텔은 매우 깨끗했고 최근에 리노베이션을 마쳤습니다. 프런트 데스크 직원들은 매우 친절하고 도움이 되었습니다. 우리는 그곳에서 즉시 편안함을 느꼈습니다.
첫날, 우리는 9시 30분에 아침 식사를 먹으러 갔습니다. 계란 제품이 없었고 소시지 조각 몇 개가 있었습니다. 포크가 없었습니다!!! 우리는 아침 식사를 감독하는 사람에게 말했고 그녀는 사과하며 포크가 없다고 말했습니다. 저는 프런트 데스크에 불평했고 그들은 우리의 청구서에서 주차 요금($20/일)을 차감하기로 동의했습니다. 다음 날, 아침 식사는 포크까지 가득 차 있었습니다!
이 호텔은 보석입니다. 모든 것과 가깝습니다. 우리는 분명히 다시 거기에 머물 것입니다.

리리뷰어It was our first time staying at the Renaissance Historic Downtown Hotel. As we pulled in, we were Approached by the valet, who was very polite and kind. We walked into the lobby side door in immediately. There was a very pleasant and refreshing smell throughout the hotel. We immediately began to notice the decor which was very unique and impressive. As we approached the front desk to check in, the receptionist who was a young man, was very prompt and polite, and willing to share information about the area. As we went up to our room, we couldn’t help but notice the beautiful decor as well as how clean the environment was. I have been in the commercial cleaning business for over 30 years and pay attention to detail. As we opened our room, we were very impressed once again with how clean the room was and how nice the room was. To sum up this, my wife has put this on her list as her top favorite thus far and we have visited over 12 times. Thank you so much for making my wife’s 58th birthday. We had a wonderful experience

Had a good sleep on the beds.
Evening social hour, snacks,& refreshments were nice.
Breakfast quiche was delicious! Very nice breakfast served,& view of water, awesome!
I have two suggestions that would make my rating a 5.
The floors in our room were dirty enough to make my sisters new, clean, white socks black.
The tv remote fell behind the dresser/ refrigerator console. When I slid it away from the wall to retrieve the remote, it was pretty dirty back there.
Shower may have been clean, but maybe due to the brown grout, appeared dirty. We were questioning the cleanliness, after seeing my sister’s socks,& chose not to use the shower .😬
As a suggestion, putting some type of reflective tape, paint or lighting at the different step elevations . ( my 83 yr old brother in law missed the step, leading to our parked car, and fell, getting pretty banged up).
Overall, despite the negative observations, we enjoyed our stay, the location,& would stay here again.

리리뷰어We enjoyed a balcony room and a lovely buffet breakfast each morning . The pool was good and had plenty of sunbeds . It was a relaxing week and we drove to St Augustine or the shopping malls or the lovely beaches nearby . Our favorite was Hammock park beach .
A football team and their parents arrived on the Friday night and unfortunately they were allowed to run riot and up and down in the glass window lifts . They were very noisy and most guests were complaining . This spoiled our stay towards the end .
Also the breakfast buffet was not available every morning and we ordered from a menu which wasn’t extensive in choice .
The hotel is due a refurbishment as rooms are dated .

리리뷰어Our hotel room was very clean, and spacious. we arrived early and were let in right away, without any hesitation. The bed was comfortable (a little on the hard side, but not too hard). Our room might have been recently remodeled as it was spotless. The breakfast was sufficient, eggs, sausage, waffle maker, yogurt, cereals, breads, bagels and muffins and whole fruit, plus good coffee. All workers were very friendly. We didn't use the pool or spa, but it looked clean.Great location with easy access to beach and plenty of restaurants walkable.

리리뷰어폰세는 매력과 성격이 풍부한 오래된 호텔로, 제가 찾고 있던 것입니다. 아름답게 유지되고 업데이트되었습니다. 직원들은 매우 환영하고 친절했습니다. 방은 조용하고 깨끗하며 편안했습니다.침대는 매우 편안했습니다.편의 시설은 수영장, 전자 레인지, 냉장고, 커피 메이커, 블로우 드라이어, 다리미, 다림질 보드, 의자가있는 책상, 거대한 HD TV 및 무료 WIFI가 포함됩니다. 게스트 세탁실이 마련되어 있습니다. 폰세는 성 아우구스티노 구 유적지까지 도보로 15분 또는 차로 가까운 거리에 있습니다. 쇼핑, 식당, 살롱, 스파도 몇 분 거리에 있습니다. 폰세가 물 위에 있고, 식당은 물과 마주치지 않지만, 뷰가 아름답습니다.
호텔 레스토랑인 데레온은 콜롬비아 레스토랑입니다. 음식은 맛있고 정통했습니다! 나는 다시 거기에서 식사를 기다릴 수 없다.
나는 폰스 호텔에 A +++++.의 평가를주고, 또한 내가 내 방에 다이아몬드 귀걸이 한 쌍을 남겼다는 것을 언급해야한다. 체크 아웃 후 1 시간 이내에 호텔 데스크 접수 원인 Negar는 나에게 알려달라고 전화했고, 귀걸이는 나에게 우편으로 보내지고있다. 이 정직성과 여분의 마일을가는 것은 오늘 거의 볼 수 없으며, 나는 매우 감동과 감사했다. 다시, 나는 그들을 매우 높게 평가하고 다음 방문에 돌아올 계획입니다.

리리뷰어옷을 위한 걸이는 냉장고 위에 있었고 어린 아이들의 옷과 같은 성인 의류에는 사용자 친화적이지 않았습니다. 매우 우스꽝스럽습니다.
나는 바닥에 약간의 물을 쏟았고, 그것을 닦았다. ... 바닥이 더러웠다. 욕실 세면대에 수압이 많지 않습니다. 샤워는 좋았습니다.
방은 좋은 크기입니다. 실내 또는 실외 인 경우 수영장에 대해 2 번 전화했을 때 실내 ... 정말 말했다! 야외 수영장이며 사무실 창에서 볼 수 있습니다. 호텔은 가격이 비싸다! 그들은 우리를 수용하고 엘리베이터가 없기 때문에 1 층에 우리를 넣었습니다. 예, 우리는 12 월 20-22부터 거기에 있었고 몇 달 전에 미리 예약했습니다. 다시는 거기에 가지 않을 것입니다.

리리뷰어Nice stay. We had a queen room at the back of the building, so it was relatively quiet. Not a large room, but spacious enough for my husband and I. The rooms are renovated to update an old motel and they did a good job with the theme of the pink tropical flamingo to lean into that retro esthetic. Shower was nice. Only downside was that the room had a bit of a musty smell. When we arrived the sheets were damp. Not sure of it was high humidity which caused it, but we contacted the support staff and they resolved it promptly, having the on-site housekeeping staff bring new sheets. There is also a dehumidifier in the room, so it does seem like something they are addressing. Was also excited about the coffee machine in the lounge room as other reviews had noted for a quick cup of decent coffee on the go. I was satisfied with the fresh espresso, but my husband was a little disappointed that their machine wasn't making the milk based drinks properly (probably out of milk for the days we were there?) And had to use artificial milk/creamer instead. All and all a 4/5 stars stay.

리리뷰어First I am going to star saying that I feel sad I am going back home today. The hospitality of the hotel and the service was above and beyond fantastic. The staff was sooo nice and efficient staring from management to the breakfast guy always with a smile . The entire team was great . Hotel’s location is perfect , you can walk to the old city and is safe at night. Rooms were clean and everyday housekeeping service with new towels and soap . I recommend this hotel 100% no doubts every time I come back to st Augustine I will make my home Hotel las Villas 1565. 🫶🏻🫶🏻🫶🏻🫶🏻🫶🏻

리리뷰어우리가 도착했을 때 제공된 방은 100% 준비되지 않았습니다. 광고 된 방은 냉장고를 위치에서 꺼내고 문은 한동안 새고 있던 물을 모으는 수건 위에 열려있었습니다. 민트. 물에 젖은 엉망을 청소하고 냉장을 다시 제자리에 가져와 문제를 신속하게 대응했습니다. 냉장고는 다시 꽂았지만 결국 지난 3일 동안 누수가 시작되었습니다. 높은 습도가 있었을 수 있으므로 방은 축축한 느낌이 들었습니다.
