Belmond Monasterio: The Best Hotel in Cusco, Beyond Any Comparison Without exaggeration, Belmond Monasterio is the best hotel in Cusco. Even after trying two other higher-priced Belmond properties and the JW Marriott, I still firmly believe this is the ultimate choice. The beauty of this hotel is beyond words. The elegant public spaces and tranquil gardens create an atmosphere of timeless serenity. The classic, historic walls whisper stories of the past, while the dazzling golden chapel adds a breathtaking sense of grandeur. Every detail is a masterpiece. Yet, what truly sets Belmond Monasterio apart is its service. The staff are warm, professional, and genuinely caring. Their service attitude is impeccable—perhaps the best in South America. A prime example: when I lost my credit card, they found it and returned it promptly. Compared to the Los Cabos Waldorf (which I mention due to its premium pricing), this hotel’s service is on another level—infinitely more personal, thoughtful, and heartfelt. I would love to give special recognition to my butler, though unfortunately, I have forgotten his name. In short, I cannot recommend this hotel enough. Endless love for Belmond Monasterio.

직원의 친절과 시설 모두 다 다 좋았습니다. 단 한가지 지적하면 주차장이 없는게 흠입니다.

저는 이 호텔에 두 번 묵었습니다. 그 사이에 마추픽추에 가서 짐을 호텔에 맡겼습니다. 위치적으로는 페루레일 사무실이 바로 옆에 있어서 매우 중심가에 있지만 다른 사무실은 그렇게 멀지 않습니다. 리셉션은 24시간 운영되고 레스토랑이 있는 멋진 안뜰과 뒤쪽에 주방이 있는 공용 공간이 있습니다. 저는 두 번 모두 티피 텐트에 묵었습니다. 처음에는 1박에 40파운드 정도로 더 저렴했습니다. 7월에는 밤이 추워집니다. 하지만 텐트에는 추가 담요와 히터가 있습니다. 마지막 밤을 제외하고는 효과가 있었지만 한밤중에 멈추는 듯했습니다. 히터가 없으면 방이 꽤 추웠습니다. 공용 욕실은 뒤쪽에 있고 샤워실은 괜찮고 프라이버시가 충분합니다. 뜨거운 물이 나오려면 시간이 좀 걸린다는 것을 알았습니다. 저는 짐을 보관소에 맡겼는데 문제가 없었습니다. 전반적으로 좋지만 같은 가격대라면 다른 곳을 시도할 것입니다.

Let me start with the positives, stylish design, exactly like the pics advertised, from entering the hotel to the resting area to the balcony to the room, all very nice. But you need to be ready for the stairs if you not getting here by car, going out and coming back from the square, especially if you have luggage or backpack, everyone arriving here were out of breath. The bathroom has odor coming up from the pipe, which is normal for house this old, if you are okay with it. I was in room 201, sound proof does not exist, can hear car passing, dog barking, guests coming back from partying at night, tourists cheering & leaving hotel for trips at 3:30am, didn’t get much sleep. Most disappointing thing was hot water, I arrived in the afternoon climbing up the stairs, was hoping to have a quick shower before heading out for dinner, stood in the bathroom waited 5mins for hot water, was told be staff hot water was out they are trying to fix, came back after drinks, still no hot water, was very late so didn’t call staff, tried to have a shower before check out at 7am, hot water was still not available after another good 5mins standing in the shower… sigh

코스코 와시는 관광 명소와 대중교통 이용이 편리한 최적의 입지를 자랑합니다. 리셉션 직원과 직원들은 매우 친절하고 도움을 아끼지 않아 따뜻한 환영과 세심한 서비스를 제공합니다. 깨끗하고 넓은 객실과 훌륭한 식사 옵션으로 즐거운 숙박을 경험하실 수 있습니다. 강력 추천합니다!

쿠스코에 있는 훌륭한 호텔입니다. 객실도 좋고 서비스도 친절하며, 아르마스 광장과도 가까워서 1분 거리에 있습니다. 온수와 와이파이도 잘 작동했습니다. 재밌었던 건 Trip.com에서 예약했던 시티 투어가 사기꾼이 되어 돈을 뜯어갔는데, 시티 투어에는 나타나지 않았다는 것입니다. 호텔에서 10분 거리에 있는 그의 사무실까지 직접 찾아갔습니다. 다행히 호텔 산타 마리아는 믿을 수 있고 가격도 합리적인 투어 예약 서비스를 제공합니다. 그녀의 이름은 에디스였던 것 같은데, 그녀를 통해 즐거운 시티 투어를 예약하고 제가 원했던 모든 곳을 둘러볼 수 있었습니다. 레인보우 마운틴 투어도 예약해 줬는데, 정말 잊지 못할 경험이었습니다!

방은 매우 깨끗하고 편안했습니다. 직원들은 매우 친절하고 매우 도움이 되었습니다. 방에 들어가려면 비상 탈출구 같은 계단을 올라가야 했습니다(직원들이 친절하게 가방을 들어주었습니다). 유일한 큰 문제는 샤워였습니다. 샤워를 하러 갔을 때 손잡이가 우리를 감전시켰습니다. 수건을 사용하여 물을 켜고 끄려고 했는데 감전이 수건을 통과했습니다. 아침 식사는 매우 맛있었습니다... 계란!
