호텔 위치가 역과 가까워서 좋고 시설도 깔끔했어요 직원들고 친절하고 일회용품도 무제한이라서 편하게 쓰기 좋았어요!

최고의 청결함과 편의시설. 숙소를 깨끗하고 위생적으로 유지하는 방식이 정말 마음에 들었습니다. 직원들은 정말 친절하고 도움이 되었고, 위치도 평화로웠습니다. 무료 자전거를 타고 숙소 주변을 둘러볼 수 있고, 위치도 평화롭고 푸르렀습니다.

이 호텔은 정말 최고예요. 인테리어가 너무 아름답고 디자인도 훌륭해요. 아래층에는 침대 두 개가 있고, 위층에는 접이식 침대 세 개가 있어서 공간이 훨씬 넓고 편안하게 느껴져요. 거실도 있고, 야외 공간도 정말 멋져요. 화장실도 깨끗하고 예쁘고 꽤 넓어요. 서비스도 최고였어요. 어느 날 밤에 난방 켜는 법을 몰라서 직원에게 전화했더니, 밤중에 직접 방으로 와서 켜는 걸 도와주셨어요. 서비스가 정말 훌륭했어요. 꼭 다시 오고 싶어요. 하루만 예약한 게 너무 후회돼요.

친구의 생일을 축하하기 위해 여기에 왔습니다. 호텔은 오후 4시경에 도착하면 무료 다과회를 열고, 아름다운 강을 바라보는 전통 다실에서 호텔에서 강 옆에서 즐길 수 있는 일본 사케 한 잔(무료)도 주었습니다. 방이 크고, 방에 개인 온천이 있고, 온천과 거실은 후지산을 바라보고 있어 매우 좋은 방입니다. 매일 저녁 식사 후에는 전통 북 쇼가 있고, 쇼 후에는 작은 게임도 있습니다. 우리는 게임에서 선물을 받아서 정말 운이 좋았습니다. 방에 바퀴벌레가 있었는데, 큰 바퀴벌레 한 마리와 욕실에 아주 작은 바퀴벌레 몇 마리가 있었습니다. 그 외에는 머물기에 아름다운 곳이었습니다. 여전히 이 호텔을 정말 좋아합니다.

이곳은 제가 지금까지 묵어본 일본 호텔 중 최고입니다. 최고의 시설과 서비스, 객실에서 바로 후지산이 보입니다. 저희는 442호실에 머물고 싶어했는데, 객실에서 온천을 바라보면 후지산이 가장 잘 보입니다.

방이 깨끗하고 루프탑에서 후지산뷰를 볼수있어서 좋았어요 다만 가을에는 미리 난방이 안되어있어서 방을 데우느라 온풍기를 풀로 가동시켰어요

정말 훌륭한 숙소예요. 필요한 모든 것이 갖춰져 있어요. 10점 만점에 10점을 주고 싶어요! 다음에 태국에 오면 꼭 다시 묵을 거예요. 태국에서 오시는 분들께 강력 추천합니다.

I booked this hotel because the promotion made it seem luxurious, but the surroundings feel odd, almost like all the trees have been removed by purpose, littered with dry leaves and fallen branches. It feels dirty and poorly cared for. I was expecting a neatly landscaped area with grass and trees, but instead, the outside feels like a barren, lifeless space. That said, the inside of the room looks very good. The accommodation consists of two separate large caravan‑style rooms. They are not very spacious, but they are sufficient for a family of four. One of the rooms has slightly less living space because it includes a larger bathroom, with a full‑size bathtub. This is something you rarely find in Tokyo, where most bathtubs are quite small, so this was a pleasant surprise. Unfortunately, we struggled with the bathtub controls as it was written in Japanese, we couldn't use it after all. Also, the heating system are all labeled in Japanese, and there were no clear instructions in English. As a result, we didn’t figure out how to use the heating until the second night. We stayed for two nights in total. There is an outdoor spa area, which is interesting and enjoyable. We used it and found it quite good, although it is small. It works best for two people, three is a tight squeeze, and four would be uncomfortable. The sauna is decent and operates daily. Breakfast is served at set times rather than as a buffet, likely because the hotel only has 14 rooms. Guests must choose a time slot, such as 7:00, 7:30, 8:00, 8:30. We chose 8:30. Breakfast is a set menu rather than self‑service. Each morning includes a starter, a main dish, and some small item to finish, well enough for us. The first day was Japanese‑style, with a rice‑based dish. The second day was Western‑style, with a sandwich as the main course and fried eggs with pork belly. The food tasted good, but we would have appreciated more water. We did not ask for refills, as staff left the area after serving. Finding the hotel is a bit difficult. The entrance sign is blocked by a car park sign, making it very easy to miss. You need to drive very slowly, or you will pass it without realising it. We spent several minutes searching before realising this was the place. Be prepared to see a car park with two signs, where one directly blocks the hotel’s entrance sign.

완전 만족합니다 개인 욕조도 있고 예약하면 프라이빗 온천도 가능하고 친절해요 그리고 조식이 맛있어요

날씨가 흐려 후지산은 못 봫지만 호텔 주변의 광경이 너무 예쁘고 주인이 친절하며 조식이 맛있었음. 부사산역에서 호텔가는 택시비가 신주쿠여서 부사산역 오는 것보다 더 비샀지만 호텔 주인이 두번이나 부사산역까지 태워주셨음. 숙소에 온천이 있어 더욱 더 좋았고 기회가 되면 다시 가보고 싶은 곳임.
