리리뷰어A fairly new hotel, with limited rooms but the service more than makes up for any disadvantages. Very friendly staff, decent buffet on offer, good location if you're looking for peace and quiet, and situated right next to a good mall. All in all, we had an excellent stay

YYaki2022Requested for transport from airport to hotel however no one shown regardless of calling 3 times also wasn't so professional in giving a firm reply....
Hotel was good and reception staff also good,
Needs to improve in the future...
I tried to get a change from receptions to pay to taxi however unfortunately couldn't help due to bad policies and no change at that time in the hotel.
Could have kept some fruits and snacks in the room as this is so called 5 start.
Too much renovation ongoing including painting too
Very helpfull in extending few hours for late check-oiut

AAustin KitHotel Arches는 Fort Kochi를 방문하는 경우 머물기에 좋은 곳입니다. 많은 관광 명소, 쇼핑 및 카페 근처의 환상적인 위치. 케랄라 카페는 말 그대로 바로 옆에 있습니다. 직원들은 매우 친절하고 도움이 됩니다. 체크인은 빠르고 쉬웠습니다. 방은 기본적이지만 매우 깨끗합니다. 침대는 단단하고 베개가 많고 편안했습니다. 방은 거리를 향하고 있었지만 꽤 조용하고 잠자는 데 문제가 없었습니다. 에어컨은 잘 작동했고 방에는 물이 채워져 있었습니다. 안전 금고뿐만 아니라 추가 할 수있는 세탁 천이 없습니다 ... 하나를 보지 못했지만 거기에있을 수 있도록 묻지 않았습니다. 호텔은 솔로 여성 여행자로서도 매우 안전하다고 느꼈습니다. 나는 확실히 다시 거기에 머물 것입니다.

리리뷰어The hotel service and culinary offerings were excellent. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The room was impeccably clean; however, the bathrooms could benefit from some enhancements. It is essential to ensure that there is a shower curtain in place, as otherwise, water tends to spill onto the restroom floor. Nonetheless, everything else was satisfactory.

리리뷰어Everything was excellent except the activity room. Nothing is in good condition. Would be good if they can maintain it since it would be very helpful when coming with kids. It's been 3 consecutive years i am coming here. The activity room needs to be improved.

SShiabudeenWe stayed at this three-star hotel in Kochi for one night during a family trip. The location is convenient, close to Ernakulam Town Railway station and easily accessible by public transport. The staff was polite and helpful, especially at the front desk.
The room was decently sized and clean, though the furniture and fixtures felt a bit dated. The air conditioning worked fine.
Overall, it’s a decent budget-friendly option for short stays, but there’s room for improvement in terms of amenities and upkeep. Good for travelers who are looking for basic comfort without splurging.

리리뷰어the base rooms in the old section of the building were very small, and there was no ventilation. thess rooms were just under their restaurant and was separate from the building that was shown in the pictures. since we were two females travelling the hotel ”upgraded” me to an ”executive” room which was in the new section of the hotel. that room was even smaller with one 5×4 bed and just enough space to pass through. the only advantage was it was in the new section and didn't look secluded.
breakfast options were very limited.
the best thing about the hotel was it's location. situated in the heart of fort kochi, it is very close to the fort kochi beach and other attractions.

TTraveling TanSapphire Club Metro offers a convenient and comfortable stay, ideally situated in the heart of the city. The location serves as a perfect base for exploring, with some of the area's famed tourist attractions, such as the Chinese nets and Jew Town, being just a 30-minute ride away. Despite the central location, the rides to these destinations are surprisingly inexpensive, adding to the convenience of the stay.
Room 201, while directly facing a wall, surprisingly retains a bright and inviting atmosphere. Sapphire Club Metro was a good choice for my travels because I was seeking a blend of city life convenience with easy access to cultural and historical sites.
