The hotel was recommended to me by a friend and it proved completely worth it. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable, with well laid out bathroom and comfortable bed. The staff are all so polite and helpful, with true attention to detail. I was very impressed with the food, which is so much better than some other five-star hotels I have stayed at. Kudos on quality and flavour. I will definitely stay here again.

This was the best hotel I could find at this price in the city center of Coimbatore. Compared to the availability of hotels in China (where I was returning from), the options in Coimbatore were surprisingly more expensive, less well-equipped, and offered fewer amenities (no slippers, no toothbrush, no liquid soap in the bathroom, no hair dryer, etc.). The cleanliness of the room was just about acceptable. If the hotel were priced around 2000 INR per night, it would feel like a fair deal. But I paid 320 CNY (~4000 INR), and at that price, I don’t find it economical. That said, there were some positives: they provided an extra mattress for me to sleep on (in addition to my parents), and the breakfast was very good—though part of that may be because I was especially hungry in the morning, and I usually enjoy hotel breakfasts. Overall, I’d say the hotel is okay, but I would recommend checking other deals before settling on this one.

整體都很不錯。 會幫忙拿行李至房間。 餐廳的服務很好、食物也好吃。 但廁所的設施要確認有無壞損。 建議樓層房間外的燈，換成白光燈泡更好。

인도 첫경험을 하였으나, 첫 풍경과 공기의 질 모기 등 쇼킹했지만 사람들은 착했고 한국에 우호적이었음. 음식은 생각보다 먹을만하고 건강식들이 많음.

도착하는 순간부터 부드럽고 효율적인 체크인 절차를 보장하는 직원이 따뜻하게 맞이합니다. 로비는 편안한 배경 음악과 정착 할 때 제공되는 상쾌한 환영 음료로 환영합니다. 방 자체는 깨끗하고 사려 깊게 디자인되어 플러시 침구, 세련된 장식, 집과 같은 고요한 분위기를 제공합니다. 아마도 무료 과일 바구니나 초콜릿이 여러분을 기다리고 있어 개인적인 손길을 더할 것입니다. 시설이 잘 갖춰져 있는 미니바, 고급스러운 세면도구가 비치된 넓은 욕실, 숨막히는 전경을 조망할 수 있는 발코니 등 편의 시설은 최고입니다.

Everything was fine, and I got all I needed for one night stay to continue my journey to my last destination. It would be nicer if the front desk gave service without her talking on the phone. Thank you, and I will be back soon!

체크인 및 체크 아웃 12 ~ 12의 개념을 이해하지 못합니다. 어쨌든 우리는 2 개의 방을 예약하고 오후 6시에 호텔에 갔고 1 개의 방을 제공하는 데 30 분이 걸렸고 다른 방을 제공하는 데 1 시간 이상이 걸렸습니다. 그러나 체크 아웃하는 동안 그들은 타이밍이 매우 날카로웠고 오후 2시까지 연장하는 데 500rs를 추가로 청구했습니다. 리셉션 구역의 폴은 그렇게 친절하지 않으며 미소의 의미조차 모릅니다. 방도 좋고 깔끔했고 조식도 괜찮았습니다. 지하 주차장도있었습니다. 다음에이 호텔을 선호합니까? 비우호적 인 프론트 오피스의 bcoz가 없습니다.

However, the map directions to the hotel were incorrect, which caused confusion when I was trying to find it. Cleanliness and Condition My room was clean and tidy, reflecting good housekeeping standards. On the downside, I noticed that some parts of the property have started to show wear and tear, suggesting that certain fixtures or furnishings could use an update. Amenities • Bathroom: Very clean. There was no exhaust fan in the restroom, which led to poor ventilation and a stuffy feeling after showers. • Television: The TV in my room offered only a limited number of channels, so entertainment options were quite restricted. • Wi-Fi: The Wi-Fi connection was strong. However, I could only connect one device at a time, which was inconvenient since I had multiple devices that needed internet access. Check-In Process I found the check-in process to be quite slow. I had to fill out a form and go through additional procedures like Aadhaar ID scanning and having a digital photo taken — all of which made the check-in more time-consuming than expected. Breakfast Experience A major reason I chose this hotel was its promise of a free and delicious breakfast buffet (I’m a big fan of breakfast buffets). Unfortunately, instead of an actual buffet at the hotel, I was given a voucher to use at a nearby restaurant for breakfast. While the voucher allowed me to order anything I wanted from the menu, it wasn’t as satisfying as a true buffet experience and left me disappointed.
