Exceptionally comfortable stay at the Fateh Garh resort . The location is 35 mins from the airport. Smooth checkin and the amenities were explained very well by Mriganka who has the calmest demeanour. The rooms are large and spacious and very aesthetically pleasing. Loved the brand of toiletries provided. The staff was always polite and attentive. Any request we had was handled so graciously by Veena. Nothing was an issues and they accommodated all our requests. We did the day tour with Piyush who made our entire day very pleasant. The spa service by Rose was divine after a long day of travel. We had most of our meals at the property and the indian cuisine was delicious. The breakfast spread had adequate options. The pool was impeccably maintained. We even tried the cocktails at the bar and they were well made too. Our experience was enhanced by the smiling faces of the staff throughout our stay. The property was clean, luxurious and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thank you team Fatehgarh.

위치: 시티 팰리스까지 걸어서 2분 거리라 완벽했습니다. 다만 가파른 골목길에 위치해 있어서 차가 호텔 문 앞까지 올 수 없다는 점만 유의하세요. 직원들: 특히 니테쉬 씨는 매우 친절했고, 우다이푸르 여행을 즐겁게 보낼 수 있도록 추천해 주셨으며, 호텔 서비스를 굳이 더 팔려고 하지 않으셨습니다. 벨보이와 도어맨부터 리셉션과 레스토랑 직원까지 모든 직원들이 정말 훌륭했습니다. 객실: 매우 깨끗하고 샤워 시설도 훌륭했으며, 호수 전망이 정말 멋졌습니다. 미니멀한 인테리어에 객실 옆 칠판에 이름을 적어 두는 것도 아주 좋았습니다. 음식: 점심이 정말 맛있었는데, 비리야니를 먹었습니다. 옥상에서 일몰을 감상하며 무료로 차를 마실 수 있도록 배려해 주신 호텔 매니저분의 아이디어가 정말 훌륭했습니다. 조식은 너무 간소하고 구글 지도 사진과는 전혀 달라서 조금 아쉬웠지만, 직원들의 훌륭한 태도 덕분에 이 문제는 눈에 띄지 않았습니다. 한 가지 주의할 점은 엘리베이터가 없어서 3~4층까지는 계단으로 올라가야 한다는 점입니다. 객실은 3층까지 있고 레스토랑은 4층에 있습니다. 하지만 저희처럼 젊은 분이라면 계단을 오르는 것도 문제없을 겁니다. 이 아름다운 호텔에 묵으시려면 계단을 오르는 것도 충분히 가치가 있습니다.

Beautiful hotel. However we asked the guy in dinning to check if our room have dinner. He said yes and asked us to come 7:30pm for dinner. While we were eating other staff asked the guy what is their room number. We overhead that the guy (can’t remember his name) said let them eat since they have already started. He ignored us because he knew that he gave us wrong information. We appreciated for nice dinner and left but one of staff ran (Meena)to us at pool area and asked as to sign the invoice. We asked why when the guy said we can eat after checking our room number. She said it’s for our record. However when I checked out staff member Ohi asked us to pay 3098 Inr. We were getting late as our transport was waiting. We didn’t fuss about it and paid it because we are not clear on our checkout.  I just want the hotel to refund this cost because it’s not our mistake.

꽤 좋은 편의 시설과 인근 대부분의 시설까지 도보 거리에 있는 괜찮은 호텔입니다. 에어컨 문제와 변기 플러시가 작동하지 않는 사소한 문제이지만 큰 문제는 없습니다.

A beautiful, stylish, boutique hotel with a lake view. It is not directly on the lake shore, but is separated by a road and a piece of someone's property under construction that spoils the view, especially when the wind blows stronger and lifts the black tarpaulin. The interior of the hotel is tastefully decorated, in beautiful pastel, calming colors and has that Rajasthani, traditional vibe. My room was spacious, the bed was large and comfortable, and the sheets were clean. The bathroom was clean, with complimentary shower accessories and dental kits and also has a window, so you can enjoy the view while taking a shower. There is generally no noise from the road and you can sleep peacefully, as long as your neighbors in the rooms next to and above your room are mindful of the house rules. I would especially like to express my gratitude to Mayan who allowed me to check in very early, as soon as I arrived around 8am, without insisting that I wait for the usual check-in time, and who provided me with as many bottles of water as I requested, free of charge. The view from the restaurant's roof terrace is beautiful at dusk and at night. If the walls were painted seasonally and the rooms freshened up, it would contribute even more to the overall experience, but even this way you get excellent value for money.

우리가 처음 도착했을 때 예약 된 방을 사용할 수 없었기 때문에 거실과 발코니가있는 디럭스 룸에 우리를 넣었습니다. .... 그러나 축제는 너무 시끄 럽습니다. 사진에는 좋았지 만 잠자는 것은 아닙니다. 불행히도 방은 강한 흡연 냄새가 났으므로 다음날 우리는 가족을위한 더블룸을 예약하기 위해 방으로 바꿨습니다. 솔직히 우리는 멋진 방 .... 레스토랑에서 한 번의 비행보다 훨씬 더 좋아했습니다. 우리는 방과 함께 제공되는 세트 아침 식사를 좋아하지 않았지만 위층 레스토랑은 수입 미국 베이컨과 함께 매우 좋은 미국식 아침 식사를 제공합니다. 우리가 3주 동안 인도에서 먹었던 최고의 아침 식사. 추가 돈의 가치가 있습니다. 호텔에 숙박하면 15% 할인도 받습니다. 서비스는 환상적이었습니다 유일한 부정적인 점은 호텔까지 택시를 직접 탈 수는 없지만 툭툭을 타거나 호텔에 전화하면 소년을 보내 짐을 나르게됩니다. 그 위치 외에는 완벽합니다.

A mixed review. Staff were very helpful in arranging flowers for my wife and the location is perfect, right on the lake with a lovely view of the ghat and sunrise. But this also means that things can get noisy at night, especially during a festival. The room was tired and smelt. Shower wasn't very clean. Breakfast was okay but staff tried to insist on guests eating breakfast inside which was very strange given that there was an outside dining area with a beautiful (world class) view of sunrise. The hotel restaurant was overpriced, chaotic and very loud. Priority on tables was given to groups who didn't order food or drinks, took insta pictures and then left. At the same time, several families were turned away. Tried to order a diet coke, was told that we couldn't have one despite them being in the fridge. Kingfisher was 600 a bottle which is a 240% mark up from the wine shops. Overall, great location let down by some tired rooms and poor service.

가족과 함께하는 훌륭한 숙박. 조금 거칠고 긴 체크인, 늦은 밤에도 복도와 발코니를 가로질러 사람들이 외치는 시끄러운 복도. 위에서 우리는 환상적인 숙박을했습니다. 매우 정중하고 도움이되는 직원과 팀, 훌륭한 하우스 키핑, 훌륭한 아침 식사. 확실히 추천하고 다시 방문 할 것입니다.
