The service and care I received from Old town suites Quito is the best that I ever received for all the hotels I have stayed. My flight arrived at Quito in the early morning around 6:40am, I got to the hotel around 7:40am, hotel front desk employee Francisco took my luggages, provided me power cord to charge my phone, and even gave me a delicious breakfast. I felt I have been welcomed into my new home in Quito. The hotel provided milk, yogurt, bread, juice, cheese, eggs, ham, vegetables and fruits for making breakfast yourself or you can tell them ahead of time and they can prepare breakfast for you. I have had amazing experience in this hotel. The hotel location is great and you can walk to old town attractions. I'd highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Quito.

키토 역사지구 중심에 이렇게 아름다운 호텔이 있다는 것이 놀랍습니다. 4인 룸이였는데 매우 넓었고 편했습니다. 조식을 위한 테이블 셋팅도 멋있었습니다. 키토를 방문하신다면 이 멋진 호텔을 추천합니다.

아침 식사는 좋았고 직원 서비스 태도는 매우 좋았습니다. 정오에 뷔페 점심을 시도했습니다. 13 달러도 좋습니다. 시도해 볼 수 있습니다.

호텔은 매우 새롭고 전망과 조명이 좋으며 스마트 시설과 좋은 위치를 갖추고 있습니다.

Good customer service. My single occupancy room wasn't huge, but it was big wrought and had a big windows that could open for fresh air. HOT WATER in the sinks and showers (thank heavens!). The wifi was slow, but it worked well enough. The front desk is 24/7. The location is also good with many shops, restaurants, grocery stores, public transport stops, ATMs, and more around. I'd stay here again.

The facilities at this hotel are somewhat outdated, and the decor feels a bit old-fashioned. It would be great to see some modernization in these areas. That said, the view from the upper floors is fantastic and definitely a highlight of the stay. Additionally, the breakfast was quite good, with a decent variety and tasty options. Overall, the experience was pleasant, but upgrading the facilities and decor would significantly improve the stay.

도착 전까지 호스트와 거의 연락이 없었습니다. 24시간 프런트 데스크가 있고 경비원이 있다는 안내를 받았고, 경비원 덕분에 숙소에 들어갈 수 있었습니다. 하지만 모든 과정이 순조롭지는 않았습니다. 숙소는 사진보다 훨씬 작았습니다. 폭이 2.4미터도 안 되는 것 같았습니다. 퀸 사이즈 접이식 소파 같은 다른 가구를 놓으면 좀 나아질 것 같습니다.
