따뜻한 환영, 매우 친절한 직원, 쾌적한 객실, 훌륭한 프랑스 요리, 신선한 재료로 만든 다채로운 아침 식사까지 모든 것이 좋았습니다.

완벽 그 이상.... 친절하지 않음... 매우 깨끗한 객실... 아주 새롭고 현대적인 호텔... 뒤셀도르프 중앙역에서 도보 2분

몇 번이나 왔는데, 제가 묵을 유일한 호텔이에요. 정말 좋고 직원들도 친절하고 따뜻하게 맞아주셨어요. 객실도 아늑하고 침대도 정말 편안했어요.

A comfortable and cozy small hotel in a very convenient location next to a streetcar stop. It is about 15 minutes by bus from the airport and also about fifteen minutes directly on the streetcar to the downtown so it is easy to get anywhere. There are several restaurants and a small market across the street and several supermarkets and many more restaurants and shops in walking distance. The staff were friendly and speak English. The bed was comfortable and the room was a good size. A small bathroom and the main disadvantage no air conditioning but the room was pretty comfortable with the small fan they provide. The breakfast was great with many choices. The WiFi worked well and the tv had a few English and foreign channels. A good value for money and a good location if you like to see a normal neighborhood but convenient to get around. I would stay again.

Gut gelegen für Veranstaltungen.  Preise an der Bar maßlos übertrieben. Für einen Aperol/ Lillet in einem 0,2l Glas mit viel Eis 12€.  Personal am Empfang super freundlich.

Расположение в 30 минутах пешком от центра. В номере нет капсульной кофемашины, странно для такого уровня отеля. В ванной нет кондиционера для волос. Вообще отель тянет на хорошую трешку, но не более. Больше в нем не остановлюсь, дорого для такого уровня обслуживания.
