SstormkunisWhat an absolutely incredible hotel ! I am blown away with how helpful the staff were and how caring , I was leaving on the last day at 4am and a manager made me breakfast to take with me , I have had the best 5 nights away , the room was incredible ,food incredible location is perfect as you are literally 8 mins walk from two of the nicest beaches in Ksamil ,
The staff helped with food recommendations ,and tours and places to visit , and if I needed anything they were so happy to help , I will most definitely be telling all of my friends and family to stay here if they venture here ,and I hope to come back soon
I want to send a massive thank you and send my gratitude to everyone ,thank you so so much for making a solo traveller feel less alone

리리뷰어환상적인 전망을 갖춘 좋은 호텔. 나는 당신이 머무르는 데 필요한 모든 것을 완벽하게 갖춘 1 베드 아파트를 가지고있었습니다. 언덕과 넓은 객실에 위치하고 발코니가 있어 보기가 숨이 을 정도로 아름다웠습니다. 주요 명소에서 조금 떨어져 있지만 택시를 이용할 수 있습니다. 서비스는 좋았지 만 레스토랑이 없으므로 외부에서 음식을 주문하거나 외식을해야합니다. 근처에 먹고 마실 수있는 좋은 장소가 몇 군데 있습니다. ksmail에 갈 경우 시내에서 약 5유로에 버스를 탈 수 있습니다.

OOlgaA very good and fresh hotel with a friendly, welcoming atmosphere and a convenient location — just 5-10 minutes walk to the beaches. Cafes and shops are nearby, but there are no noisy streets around. The staff are friendly and helpful, the room cleaning is excellent, and the towels are good quality. There is also a small hygiene set in the bathroom (gel, shampoo, and soap), everything is clean and tidy.
If you are lucky with the neighbors and they follow the basic rules of community living, the stay can be just perfect. Another big plus — the hotel has its own parking.

Siamo stati contentissimi di aver scelto questo hotel. È tutto nuovo, pulitissimo e c'è un'atmosfera di pace e relax fantastica.
Siamo rimasti davvero contentissimi del ristorante dell'hotel. da italiani , siamo sempre un po scettici hahaha....Abbiamo cenato lì una sera e il pesce fresco era eccezionale. Anche la colazione a buffet è stata super, con un sacco di opzioni locali e fresche.
Le foto della piscina sono 100% realistiche ( giustamente viene il dubbio ma sono assolutamente come da foto): cè un'incredibile piscina a sfioro con un idromassaggio proprio accanto, e tutto con vista sul mare e un'altra piscina normale che non è gigante ma è bellissima perche puoi nuotare, rilassarti e amirare il panorama e il tramonto da li. La nostra camera era spaziosa, moderna e con un balcone privato, intimo e senza alcun rumore e anche li ci siamo goduti il panorama.
Non è da meno il servizio. Lo staff è davvero gentile e professionale. Un grazie di cuore a Florian e Johana (spero di aver scritto giusto i nomi) per essere stati così disponibili dall'inizio alla fine.
Ah, una nota importante: prima di prenotare avevo letto qualche recensione su Google che parlava della strada per arrivare, dicendo che era orribile e pericolosa. Onestamente, mi sembrano molto esagerate. Sì, la strada è in salita, ma è assolutamente fattibile e in cemento e bastava andare pianino. Non lasciatevi spaventare da questo, perché la vista e la tranquillità che si hanno da lassù valgono tutta la salita!
Non possiamo che raccomandarlo!

PPaulJacoobOur stay at Hotel Havana in Sarandë was overall very pleasant — the location is great, the atmosphere relaxing, and the staff kind and welcoming. We enjoyed our time there and felt comfortable throughout the stay.
However, some elements of the listing can be a bit misleading. The hotel’s restaurant is currently closed, and the breakfast is very limited, almost portioned exactly per guest, with coffee available only as americano. I fully understand that this may be due to the end of the tourist season, but it would be helpful if such information were clearly mentioned in the announcement so guests can plan accordingly.
Despite these small issues, we still had a good experience, and the hotel has potential to offer an even better stay with just a few improvements.

PPrayag BhalalaThe hotel location was excellent and convenient, and the cleanliness was good overall. However, the service experience was disappointing. There was no drinking water provided in the room, which was inconvenient for guests. Breakfast was included, but there were very limited vegetarian options available, so it may not be the best choice for vegetarian travellers. The amenities were average, but the hospitality and service could definitely be improved.

리리뷰어우리가 도착했을 때 AC와 냉장고가 꺼져 있었기 때문에 처음에는 방이 약간 더워서 제대로 작동하는 데 시간이 걸렸습니다.
수영장은 재미있었지만 야외수영장이라 그렇게 깨끗하지 않고 적당한 수준이었습니다.
일부 조명이 켜지지 않았습니다.
화장실은 매우 깨끗하지 않습니다. 냄새가납니다.
샤워에는 때때로 뜨거운 물이 나오지 않고 때로는 더 나빠지고 물이 전혀 없습니다.
