샤르자 공항 근처에 편리하게 위치해 있지만, 보행자 공간이 부족하고 숙소 주변에 울타리가 쳐져 있어 도보로 이동하기에는 불편합니다. 직원들은 친절하고 유능하며 매우 친절했습니다. 객실은 깨끗하고 잘 꾸며져 있었습니다. 침대 매트리스는 너무 딱딱해서 제게는 불편했고, 에어컨은 시끄러웠습니다. 가격 대비 조금 비싼 편이지만, 이른 아침이나 늦은 밤 비행기를 이용하기에는 매우 편리했습니다.

시설도 좋고 직원들도 친절했어요

모든 시설이 깔끔 하게 세팅 되어 있으며 도어맨들이 아주 친절합니다.

Disappointed with management response despite otherwise pleasant stay I have been a regular guest at this hotel and usually enjoy my stays here, but this time I was truly disappointed by the way my situation was handled. Due to unusual circumstances, I couldn’t check in on the first night of my reservation. I had already contacted both the hotel and the booking website before the check-in date, requesting either a free cancellation, a refund for the first night, or an extension for one more night. Unfortunately, both the hotel and the website refused all options. As a result, I lost one night and three meals, since my booking was on a half-board basis. I was expecting more flexibility and understanding, especially as a returning guest. Other than that, my experience at the hotel was generally positive.    •   The staff were courteous and professional, especially in the restaurant — Mr. Shah Qinar stood out for his exceptional communication skills and helpful attitude.    •   Housekeeping on the 6th floor was excellent — everything was tidy and well-maintained throughout my stay.    •   Breakfast buffet offered plenty of choices and the food quality was quite good. However, the coffee quality and milk used in the machine were below the standard expected from a normal outside café.    •   The room lighting was on the dim side with no option to brighten it, which made the room feel darker than comfortable.    •   On the positive side, the bedding, blankets, and pillows were very comfortable, and having free parking beside the hotel was a great convenience in a congested area like Al Majaz. Overall, while I appreciated the good service from the staff and comfort of the stay, the lack of flexibility and empathy from management regarding my situation has left a very negative impression. Unfortunately, this will be my last visit to this hotel.

가성비 좋은 호텔입니다. 샤트자르에 있는 호텔 객실은 정말 넓어서 마음에 듭니다. 아쉽게도 사우나는 작동하지 않아서 이용할 수 없습니다. 조식은 다양하고 괜찮지만, 사람이 많을 수 있습니다. 이탈리안 레스토랑에서는 이자 콤보를 홍보하는 데 도움이 되었습니다. 팁: 호텔 맞은편에는 샤트자르에서 가장 큰 쇼핑센터인 사하라 센터가 있는데, 필요한 모든 것이 다 있습니다.

호텔은 모든 면에서 좋았습니다. 제가 처음 방문한 것은 아니었고, 이전에도 이 호텔을 방문한 적이 있었습니다.

매번 출장때마다 머무는 호텔입니다 가성비 좋습니다.싸게 잘 다녀왔네요. 앞에 공원이 있어 새벽에 걷기 좋습니다

그 장소는 샤르자 공항과 가까웠지만, 걷지 말라고 했습니다(걷는 것이 금지되어 있고 벌금을 물 수 있다고 했습니다). 그래서 택시를 탔는데, 요금이 30 AED 더 들었습니다.
