The service was terrible, the room was worst, the room I paid for was not what I was given, I paid for executive room, but was given nothing compared to it because what I paid for has problem, also the breakfast is the worst of it all, it was not value for money, I feel rubbed of my money, I never book this hotel ever again.

The Room service team appeared disorganized slow and did not pay attention to details for orders on two counts, its best to go down to the restaurant , lacking a corkscrew for wine service. Despite this, impeccable cleanliness stood out, ensuring a delightful stay. Will return for sure!"

The hotel was not clean. Running water was limited. Facility was generally poor and did not meet normal standards.

Its terrible. The wifi is not working and there is no continental breakfast for the second day. The service was terrible. When we ordered food nobody's around. They said they went to the market.

DO NOT STAY HERE! The staff seemed nice enough. I had to sleep with earplugs because Jet's were taking off constantly. WIFI was sketchy. it took quite a bit of trial and error to get that working. The Bar and restaurant can't take a credit card and they can't put the charge on the room. I had to send the payment for my meal directly into the cooks bank account! I chose the "Pay at the property" option so I could lump all my expenses together and just pay when I checked out. That was not even close to an option. The owner/manager told me that if I paid on location I'd have to pay a higher price, I contacted *******. ******* said, the hotel is not allowed to do that because it is a violation of their agreement. At that point, I packed my bags and left before the second night of my stay! Do NOT stay here! there are many better options!

Quite frankly, the staff at the reception were superb. The outside look of the hotel is great with a bold sign Marriot Airport Hotel. But that’s the trick. As soon as you get inside, if you’ve been to Marriott before, you realise, wait a sec, this can’t be Marriott. First room, airconditioning not working, bathroom is as as unkempt as you would not get in the cheapest motel. When I was served breakfast of scrambled egg and bread, I was told they didn’t serve culteries because customers usually stole them. Yes, no cutleries for a $57/night hotel, that’s about 45,000 Nigerian Naira
