Le Coxy Resort surpassed all expectations with impeccable service and a last-minute birthday celebration that delighted us. Special thanks to Rohit Singh and the entire team for making it happen. The food was superb, and the picturesque location added to the charm. Can't wait to return for another unforgettable stay!

This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in the electricity was not available they even charged extra for blanket they didn't have wifi available and they have clearly mentioned the hotel to be pure vegetarian but they were serving non veg as well I just don't recommend this hotel to anyone.

Excellent place to stay in the midst of nature. To our pleasant surprise…excellent food quality. Hotel staff is very cooperative and friendly. Owners are very accomodative and make sure that the stay is pleasant.

We had spent one night at this hotel. The stay was very comfortable and nice. The view of snow-capped mountains from the hotel was also breath-taking. Even though Lachung is a small village and we were a bit apprehensive about the food availability there, but to our surprise we got pretty decent options for food and the food quality and taste was excellent. The hotel staff was also very helpful and cooperative, they were very prompt when it came to providing room service. We highly recommend staying at this hotel while your visit to Lachung.

We stayed for one night in this hotel. The experience was like staying in a small hotel near Delhi railway station. I booked this hotel by reading reviews in TripAdvisor and seeing hotel photos in TripAdvisor. But the experience was disappointing. My experience is as below. 1. La Chung is a very small village and is not a fully developed tourist place. But the sites like Yangthung Valley is worth visiting during April and May. 2. The hotel is run by few bachelors without proper hospitality experience. But they are trying to provide good service as much as possible. 3. Food is vegetarian only, especially Punjabi foods. Taste was very good. 4. The hotel seems renovated recently with new tiles, paintings etc. 5. No lift is there. 6. No intercom facility is there. You need to call Rohit on his mobile number for any service. 7. Hotel is not properly lighted. No decoration and it looks very ordinary. 8. During night time they switch off the lights and no security guards are there. No proper reception facility is there. 9. Power issues are there. During my stay, the whole night, I was not able to recharge my mobiles. Not able to switch on the geyser. Had to take bath in very cold water. 10. Be careful of your steps in the hotel. 11. Rooms are ok, not very bad, not very good. 12. Bathroom facility is average. They provided one big and a small towel for three of us, one small Lux soap and two clinic plus shampoo pouches. 13. Blankets are ok. The hotel price was costly as compared to the facilities provided. The youngsters are trying their best but need lots of improvements. They are very helpful and responsive. No arrogance. Either the room cost should be reduced or they need to improve a lot.

Our experience was completely at odds with the rating of this place Positives first - the location is great, it is quite in the middle of the town. But frankly, in a small town, it doesn't count for a lot The place is mostly like a lodge and the service staff behave similarly - apathetic and uncoordinated. Anything we requested, we had to remind them a couple of times. There is no power back up - if the power is out and you need hot water, you have no choice but to wait. Water supply is erratic - it went out in the morning when we needed it and was not back until an hour later when we left. Apparently, the motor takes time. We requested a jug of water (there are no mineral water bottles in Lachung) and got one with a few dirty coins in the jug. Windows don't close properly, and you have to pay extra for an electric blanket - given the general hygiene around the place, we simply didn't take it. Best to carry your own toiletries - they just provide a small bar of Lux soap, and you need to request specifically for towels. We had booked 2 rooms, and one of them was quite smelly.

The rooms are spacious and the view from our hotel was very good. They provided us with electric blankets which helped us to keep us warm. The room service is very good. The restaurant is really bad. The folks ***aging it do not do it properly. We had told previous day, we need breakfast to be packed. But they had not kept it ready. Also in the afternoon around 1.30 also they were not ready to take the order. There is one cafe next to this hotel which offers very good food. We had food there. Food in cafe is better than this hotel. I would have given 3 stars for this hotel, but due to room service gave 4 stars

Best Hotel for family stay with 100 % pure veg foods , staff very supportive .... Good rooms with mountain view ......... I liked hotel , on highway to zero point .... Parking facilities and decent place ...Near hotel 3 , 4 shops of fruits and general store

Stayed two nights during my trip to North Sikkim. Easy location, on the main road. Room was spacious but with old interiors. In place like lachung, where the season is of hardly 3 months, such issues are common. Hot water geysers were working perfectly. They've provided us the bed warmers. View from room was good. Hotel staff was courteous but restaurant staff wasn't that good. Food is average and breakfast spread is very limited. Maximum 2 items. Post 3pm they don't take orders for lunch and after 7:45 pm for dinner. Reception person mr. Rohit Sinha is very good and helping. What else we expect from such a small place with limited resources.
