Todo bien , bufet bueno, bonitas vistas

Lo mejor la piscina del hotel y el buffet para desayunar, comer y cenar :)

Un sitio muy cómodo y tranquilo, con unas vistas muy bonitas y rodeado de buenos profesionales. Sin embargo se advierten graves problemas de accesibilidad, poco inclusivo.

El Hotel se encuentra un poco apartado. Con nula señalizacion exterior con en el interior. Ya he dejado incidencia. Tienes que andar preguntando. La señalizados en los pasillos es nula. Tiene que perder alguna estrella. El dasayuno no esta mal. Pero el café y zumos de muy mala calidad. El servicio de habitaciones lo realizan tarde... Quizás no tienen suficiente personal.

I see alot of people complaining about stuff at this hotel, but i had a very pleasant trip.. Breakfast was good, hotel looks amazing, pool was nice, multiple floors, good bar, and a very social hotel where people ask you to come play cards etc. with you. All staff speaks good english, and they help you with whatever you need. They got transport up and down from the beach so you don’t have to walk. Beds were comfy too. Some downsides of course: Some handles are loose, for example in the shower, outside, but again this isn’t a huge problem to complain about. It costs money to use the inside pool, and you have to pay for shoes and a bathing hood. A/C didn’t blow as cold as we would like, but it was cold at night so we had the door open. The shower water can switch to very hot by itself, but it’ll turn over within 5 seconds. The hotel is a 8.5/10.

Good day. I cannot recommend this hotel, at least not worthy of 4 stars. The location is on a hillside. I'm in good shape myself, but if you don't mind walking up the hill to the hotel, choose another hotel. My own travel agency, TUI, didn't tell me about it. Weird. The mattress on the bed was really hard, which luckily was replaced. The soundproofing is terrible. You will wake up in the morning to banging doors. The light shines into the room from under the door. You can also hear the conversation and tv in the next room very clearly. If you are in the bath, the sound feels like someone is talking in the same room. The small refrigerator in the room is not in use all day. Miserable. Ants are running on the floor. I am attaching a photo. The strong poison I smelled on the first day that gave me a headache was probably for ants. If you want the sun, I can tell you that many balconies don't get the sun even once a day. There is also something good to tell. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was good. Cleaning is efficient. Ants still live in rooms. The gym is good enough, but there is no air conditioning. The beach a few hundred meters away is beautiful. The long promenade is also pleasant. The price level in the area is affordable and the food is delicious. So in summary. Technically, the hotel is not of high quality. The staff is really good.

We had a good stay at this hotel let down by a couple things. The food was fantastic! The staff were GREAT. The hotel itself was fine! but the hot water wasn’t available all day, and it also took a really long time to get warm or even hot at all We had a big problem though with one of the men on the desk. My wife had queries about something not in too good Spanish, and he just shooed her away like she was dirt. We saw him speak to others like dirt too! An old guy who works later on in the days. - counter balanced by a really friendly really helpful man who also worked on the desk. It’s a problem for this hotel! But it didn’t wreck our stay - he can keep his own problems to himself!

Big, comfy bed. Comfortable chairs on the balcony. Spectacular view. No tea or coffee making facilities and no complimentary water. Breakfast was warm rather than hot. No selection of breads available, only for toasting or rolls. Hotel lacks signage and is a bit scruffy. Helpful staff.
