포세이돈 리조트(Poseidon Resort)

La decadecia total. Hemos visto el declive de este hotel año tras año. Llevamos 10 años viniendo y, aunque nunca ha sido la panacea, el deterioro ya resulta inaceptable. No por las instalaciones, sino por el mal servicio y la pésima atención. Salvando las camareras de comedor (no todas) y los camareros del bar (fantásticos todos), la atención de recepción y maitres es deplorable. La animación, pieza clave para la elección de muchísimas familias, es inexistente y dirigida en exclusiva a los ancianos, que resultan ya más del 90% de los huéspedes. Mención especial a “Inma”, recepcionista con una mala educación que roza lo vergonzoso. En fin, lo barato sale caro y debemos despedirnos para siempre de este hotel, que tenía posibilidades de posicion**** como un gran resort pero se ha quedado en hostal de tercera.

Excellent value considering room, location & food. Funny how these better hotels/bars in Benidorm & Costa del Sol have very hard working staff

Lovely, rooms cleaned daily and breakfast excellent. Lovely pools abd gardens. Wou ld not hesitate to come back again, highly recommend

I couldn’t fault the hotel the staff were very friendly and welcoming and very clean . The hotel is in a perfect location I loved looking around the old town also minutes to the beach. It was my first holiday on my own since losing my husband so I was apprehensive the only downfall for me was the hotel is mostly Spanish tourists so I felt on my own when in the dining room although everyone was lovely I couldn’t find anyone to have a chat with

Lovely hotel in a great location for the old town and beach. Staff at reception were really nice and helpful and you felt welcomed. Room was clean and nice balcony overlooking the pool. TV had British channels, bed's were comfortable and the bathroom had a brilliant shower. Room had a safe which was free and a fridge. We had dinner and breakfast. The evening meal was quite basic and not as much choice as previous hotel's I have stayed in. Breakfast was nice and enough choice, hot and cold. I would use the hotel again but probably only go for the bed and breakfast and go out for dinner.

I great place if you don't want to ve surrounded by purely British tourists. Excellent food and great value for money.

Cheap and cheerful, we booked posidon resort and got placed in the hotel that is joined to it,the posidon palace, the rooms were very old and the bath had some sort of gummy residue due to the hotel being over 50 years old?? There was a sign saying 50 year anniversary clearly nothing has changed. On the picture rooms were much more refreshed and done up but rooms have defo not been updated since, it did the job however. The heating was on as it was winter and we stayed on 14th floor so it was so warm

We had a lovely 4 night break, full board, our room was fine plenty of space & a comfy bed, we had a decent bathroom, tv needed reseting & was sorted very quickly, a good choice of food in the restaurant, with it being buffet some foods could have been warmer, but overall very good, decent bar & activities during the day & entertainment at night, nice pools, but to cold on our visit, we would reccomend this hotel as its a short walk to the beach & old town,

Friendly, helpful and professional front desk staff, everyone fluent in English, clean and comfortable room, "full board" option was a wise decision 🙂 - food was delicious and a great value, good location - lively neighborhood, just 7 minutes walk to the closest beach, great animation staff 🙂
