위치는 브뤼셀에서 차로 단 25분 거리에 있습니다. 그리고 무료주차!!! 호텔은 우리에게 멋진 환영 음료와 스낵을 제공합니다. 저녁 식사와 아침 식사는 훌륭합니다. 우리는 어린이 메뉴 피자만 주문했는데 아들에게는 성인용 큰 피자를 제공했습니다.

사랑스러운 위치, 도시에서 한적하고 현실에서 벗어나 자신이 누구인지 알아볼 수 있는 완벽한 휴양지입니다. Cinq Mondes Spa는 전신 마사지를 제공하며 아침에 Sonian Forest를 통과하는 하이킹은 정말 놀랍고 숨이 막힐 정도였습니다.

Je suis malheureusement déçu de mon séjour à Dolce la Hulpe de Brussels pour plusieurs raisons. Je suis restée 5 jours et m’est préparée un voyage en solo pour décompresser mais je ne m’y suis pas sentie bien. À mon arrivée, l’accueil a été très brève avec aucun explication du fonctionnement de l’hôtel et de ce qu’il propose. On m’a directement conseillé de lire sur le site les infos. Par ailleurs, j’ai mis presque une heure à trouver ma chambre d’hôtel, on me l’a mal indiqué et n’ont pas pris le temps de me montrer au moins le bâtiment (qui était vraiment juste à côté de la réception). J’ai également eu la surprise de voir des débitements de 50€, 53,75€ et 103,75€ sur mon compte au nom de l’hôtel, ne comprenant pas je suis allée demander à la réception le pourquoi. On m’a dit qu’il s’agissait d’un pré autorisation afin qu’il s’assure que j’ai l’argent nécessaire si jamais je dégrade ma chambre d’hôtel. Cependant, dans mon contrat a aucun moment il est stipulé que j’aurais un pré autorisation, ce qui m’a donc mis dans une situation déconcertante puisque j’avais besoin de cet argent. Si j’avais été mise au courant de ce système avant de réserver je n’y serai pas aller n’ayant pas les moyens suffisants. J’ai donc été très en colère pour ce manque d’information qui me paraît illégal. Je tiens à préciser qu’à mon arrivée j’ai bien donné mon dépôt de garantie qui était lui bien stipulé dans le contrat et que je n’avais que 50€ au total. De surcroît, j’ai eu la surprise en sortant de ma chambre, d’entendre tous les ébats des chambres d’à côté, avec aucune insonorisation nous entendons tout. Cela m’a mise relativement mal à l’aise car il s’agissait notamment de la chambre juste en face de la mienne ou j’entendais même des hurlements, choses très dérangeante… Puis, pour finir le restaurant.. beaucoup trop cher par rapport à la qualité des produits. J’ai payé 23€ une salade César avec seulement comme ingrédients de la salade, 3 pauvre morceaux de poulet et des copeaux de parmesan. À ce prix là je m’attendais à plus de garniture. J’ai aussi payé 11€ un apérol spritz et 9€ une bouteille d’eau que je n’ai même pas pu terminer. Je ne reviendrai pas car les sommes bloquées sont clairement énorme et étrange avec des centimes ???

Hôtel agréable mais piscine surpeuplée. Grand parking pratique.

Absolutely recommend, the place was in a calm environment, gave us "Twilight" vibes in the woods. Service was awesome, bar area small but large choice of cocktails and drinks, piano live music. For relaxing time with my girlfriend we enjoyed the swimming pool, you have to book a timeslot over a QR code, it was easy and not crowded at all, there was a sauna, hamman, hair dryers, soft towels, such a relaxing moment. Spa massage: we booked it weeks in advance and the ladies are the sweetest, honestly a real moment of zen. We got what we were looking for and I'll definitely go back with my husband next time! Restaurant Breakfast, they have salmon, omelettes made on demand, very very good. Thank you Dolce!

The room was ok, but had a bit of the carpet missing and some paint also spent/gone from the door. The tennis court was not maintained/clean at all.

The rooms and facilities are nice enough but the staff and policies are not customer friendly. I stayed at the hotel on a business trip for 5 nights. The night before my departure, I asked politely for a late checkout since I had a 3:30pm flight. My request was to check out at 12pm instead of 10am but this was declined. The man (“Jean Marc”) declining my request was extremely rude and arrogant. I understand that hotels sometimes have tight changeovers during peak times but the hotel was nowhere near capacity (the other 60+ people from my company had already checked out the day before and it was a ghost town on the morning that I checked out). Wouldn’t it have been far easier to just let a guest who has stayed in the hotel for 5 nights to just have a couple of extra hours to check out? This sort of flexibility is even more important since the hotel is in the middle of nowhere and guests have nowhere to explore if they have a couple of hours to kill. My other complaint is that the air conditioning seemed to be turned off and the rooms were too hot at night. This issue seemed to be the same for other colleagues. I guess they are trying to save money. Even if it’s not the peak of summer, guests should be able to turn on the air conditioner if they wish to have a colder room when sleeping. This is especially true when the beds are made without a top sheet (duvet only), which I assume is another cost cutting measure.

We held a party for our company and it was sublime and perfect , good food, frindly staff, good organization, perfect surroundings, luxuary rooms, They also have guides available to disccover the surroundings of the Solvay park and teh Sonian Forest, bicycles are alos availible

Really a nice place to stay for efficient and funny professional times ! All was top and very well organized Catering various, spacious rooms, natural light in meeting rooms Everything perfect to make our business trip a success !
