라시오타, La Ciotat Station 근처 호텔

Ap said coffee tea in room but only the five ‘family’ rooms have coffee/tea in room. There is nothing in the room just a bed. Not even a bathroom fan which sucks if you are staying with a friend and have to shut the door for privacy. The parking was very confusing and we parked in the wrong parking garage. The check in desk was confusing as its at the bar! However its always the people who make the experience and everyone was so nice. Evening check in and morning check out, with complimentary coffee service at the bar to make up for no in room coffee. The employees are friendly and service oriented. We ate across the plaza at the bistro and same experience with servers. Food there was really good also. It was an unexpected stop on a road trip and used my platinum points so I cant complain at all. But no coffee in bed to start my day was a hardship!

Très étonné de lire ces commentaires. J'ai été très satisfaite de mon séjour. Jessika qui m'a accueilli avec un très joli sourire . Très aimable et a l'écoute. la chambre propre la salle de bain nickel. J'ai été sur classée car la chambre que j'avais réservé n'était pas prête sans aucun frais supplémentaires. J'ai beaucoup aimé la housse de couette contrairement à la personne qui a laissé un avis négatif . j'en ai acheter une pour le coup . Le matin la bonne humeur de Zineb au petit déjeuner vous met en forme pour la journée. Merci a tout le personnel. Je reviendrais avec grand plaisir. Aline chiaramonte

The rooms were well appointed very clean and had all amenities. Breakfast was good for the price and the view of the ”vieux” port was really nice from the private balconies of the front rooms. We thought the ambience of the port of Ciotat was equal to that of Cassis. So why the low grade? Because to start with we had booked a junior suite with port view. The pictures of the junior suite on the site are deceiving. We were just given a bigger room on the 4th floor with the same layout as the superior room with port view. (A member of our group had a superior room with port view so we could compare). Extra facilities of the junior suite were a bathtub instead of a shower, a vase with decorative twigs and an espresso machine. No big deal for the extra money. We complained immediately when we saw the room. Our complains were not received gracefully. We were told that junior suites are not the same and not all of them as pictured. We asked for a better price which was not accepted in the beginning. Finally we were offered a room like the one pictured at the site as junior suite. They told us we would have to wait till 4 o'clock for it to be cleaned since it was a room kept for ”security reasons” and cleaned after all other rooms. We declined because security reasons may meant that somebody with Covid had used it and also it was on the second floor and exactly opposite the crane which yes it is vintage and a piece of art but you don't get the best view of the port. Finally we were given a 10% reduction on the initial price at check out. The whole experience was far from nice. We could overcome this first problem if that was all. The second reason I give a low grade and I say avoid between the 15th and 21st of August unless you go to sleep in the morning hours and noise does not bother you, is that from the 15th to 21st of August there are festivities at the port at an open space next to the hotel. There was a band on the 16th of August till 1.15 after midnight. Loud rock music which made it impossible to sleep. Closed windows didn't help at all. The least the hotel should do was to warn the customers when booking. Very bad experience. When we complained the answer was ”You should take a room at the back. In front you have views” so it does not matter if one cannot sleep. The problem really is caused by the city of Ciotat but it is totally disrespectful for the customers of the Hotel.

방은 매우 낡고 작았고 화장실은 작고 냄새가 났으며 더운 날에는 노인이나 건강에 약한 사람들을 위한 엘리베이터가 없는 2층의 방이었습니다. 거대한 조명과 소음이 있는 그릴 장소 외부(금요일 밤). 호텔 외부의 빨간불은 매우 방해가 됩니다. 리셉션의 두 명의 나이든 여성은 매우 친절하지 않거나 행복한 사람들도 아닙니다. 아침 식사는 매우 간단했고 커피는 끔찍했습니다. 오후에는 테라스에 서비스가 없습니다(나는 한 시간 동안 거기에 앉았습니다). 수영장은 청소되지 않았습니다. 이 곳에서 가장 좋았던 것은 아침 냉동 요구르트였습니다! 정말 유일한 것 같아요
