네오폴 호텔 디럭스(Neopol Hotel)

더 이상 나에게 문제가 아닙니다. 저는 3일 전에 입국하여 앱이 아닌 전화로 예약했습니다. 놀랍게도 더 비쌌습니다. 왜 더 많은 비용을 지불해야 하는지 물었을 때 호텔 매니저에게 소개되었습니다. 헛되이 매니저는 나에게 말하고 싶지 않았습니다. 그때마다 위로를 받았습니다. 좌절감으로 체크 아웃 할 때 지불해야했습니다. 리셉션 직원 완전 불친절. 모두가 내 걱정을 알고 있었고 모두가 매니저와 이야기하고 싶어했습니다. 직원은 요청에 대해 신경 쓰지 않았습니다. 나는 또한 방을 바꿨습니다... 결함이 있는 소켓, 작동하지 않는 전화기, 누락된 커튼, 결함이 있는 헤어드라이어... 등. 관리자는 직원을 통제할 수 없으며 호텔 관리에 대한 지식이 거의 없습니다. 완전히 고가의 가격 대비 성능. 청소 직원은 쇼핑을 하는 동안 객실에서 휴식을 취합니다.

Booked 3 rooms... Place a bit remote... Beware no lift only stairs... Rooms a bit tired... Pool dirty.... But the view is 10/10..

Terrible- only 5 star item was the bed as it was super comfy. The views were amazing also. Reception area was very nice & staff were friendly. Went up to our room to find bathroom door would not close. There were a few lights in the room not working. The paint was in need of tlc. Shower was poor quality as it did not come out the shower head properly. Would not recommend with children or for a long period of time. - we were woken up by other guests shouting and laughing outside our door early hours of the morning. We complained to the front desk but unsure if they were spoken too. We only stayed for two nights but would not stay again

Very comfortable, huge bed. Daily room service with water, tea, coffee, towels. Nice rooms. Good aircon. Clean. Very nice staff. Small fridge but no ice tray. Pool closed for maintenance despite marketing saying it would open 31 March. Nice breakfast if you like Turkish. Lots of salads. Bars not open. Very few clients so evening meal only available over Eid & when coach parties stayed over. 20 minute steep walk from the tourist centre, but taxis cheap as chips.

We stayed as a family of three in one of the more expensive suites. This hotel is located as described in an elevated position with amazing views of the Aegean sea. Upon arrival, we could instantly see that the suite was not clean or anything close to it. The floors were dirty, the furniture dusty, bedding and towel stained. There was a missing bedside unit, only 2 chairs on the balcony despite being a suite for 4 people, broken balcony light no wastepaper bin, and a toilet brush that needed condemning. The whole suite needed a deep, deep clean and decoration. In addition, during our week's stay, the cleaners did not clean the room at any point or change the bedding. We did receive fresh towels however, were still dirty. Breakfast was very limited. Lovely pool with comfortable sun loungers but again they should be cleaned. Poolside cleanliness left much to be desired with engrained dirt on the floor and the glass screen fencing. If Neopol management team could address these issues, this would be a lovely go to hotel. It is a shame, as I did raise these points with reception but the only resolution was a new toilet brush.

The location and view are extremely amazing. The rooms are good but needs some maintenance. The reception staff especially Iram are friendly and helpful and you can feel the peace just when you enter the hotel. The major issue in the place is the cleaning staff.room cleaning staff are going to make the experience terrible. The just finished the room in 2 minutes leaving a very bad smell coming from their tools behind. Breakfast buffet was small but Ok .you can go there and enjoy the peaceful view of Kuşadaşı From The top.

An absolute fabulous hotel, WiFi worked no problems,the room was updated clean and the large bed there was 2 of us in the bed it was the most soft comfortable bed and duvet, reception was so nice and gave me a kettle, they speak little English but we managed, our room had a big long window the looked out on the sea, lovely balcony, we never ate in the hotel so I don't know about the food, it's around 5mins away the centre it's 40 Turkish lira which is around 3 euro, it's quite steep but it was a lovely hotel and would definitely go back, the maids came.in to clean up but they don't change the sheets until u leave but there is a cart on the floor.The bed is like a cloud.
