View from the balcony is great. Room and bathroom quite clean. However, ala carte breakfast is NOT acceptable. It is so unexpected because breakfast should be served buffet!!!

This is good place for families. very friendly staff and near to kundasang attractive places.

Had to wheel our luggages from Reception area and climb up the stairs to our Cabin G3. Our Cabins at the far end , is beautifully set up nestled admist colorful flowering plants at the back and breathtaking view of Mount Kinabalu at the front. Room is simple, has a cosy wide verandah at entrance. Room is set up with all the necessary toilet amenities ,complimentary drinking water and coffee. Free wifi easily connected, bed is comfortable , room has airconditioning system. Only shortfall is the shower control did not work , thus hot/cold water system could not be controlled. Dinner is simple halal steam boat and breakfast for next day is on your own choice from the ala carte menu which need to be submitted before 9pm. Food is good, staff on duty are friendly and accommodative. The Resort is clean, well maintained landscape, and with its natural, relaxing environment surrounded by cool weather, its worth recommending !!!
