We booked four nights at the property. Three in a “Heritage Villa With Private Pool” and one with cruise on a boat house. Initially we were lodged in villa nr. 114 and after the cruise & overnight stay on the boat house we moved to villa nr. 108 for the rest of our stay. The shower and the toilet in the villas are located outside, near the private pool. Initially a bit weird, it turned out to be rather funny as well as quite comfortable. The time we spent at the property and during the cruise was indeed memorable. Great staff, great accommodation with plenty of space and comfort, great food, great experience with the Ayurvedic treatments at the SPA. Our cruise was nothing short of awesome too. Just us two and a crew of three, including a private chef who in the on-board kitchen wizardly prepared lunch and dinner à-la-minute. All in all simply excellent. A little side note: in the park there is a large amount of crows which are active round the clock. Usually at dusk the staff shoots few shots to scare them away. We found this to be disruptive of the peace that otherwise characterizes the resort, and we hope different means can be found, as the crows are unfortunately back quite quickly after these bangs.

Wonderful welcome n hospitality,by every member of the hotel,breakfast was very good they everything prepared specially for our fast also. Staff memeber Kavi was very helpful ,he is master of all . Restaurant staff Anandu n Arathy gave good service for our meals. Boat ride was wonderful to see sunset. 5 stars to the hotel Thanku sooo much KLR Tip Need wall fans near swing at the entrance . Should Spread narrow green mat going to the room ,as it is difficult to walk for senior citizens on stones

Fantastic stay in Klr! We came here for 20 th anniversary. The star of our visit was Kavi! He is the best staff here. He is master of all things! Great with recommendations and the best photographer! We have travelled around the world and yet to find such a talented photographer. He made our trip even more special. He was able to able to engage out teenagers with fishing and other activities. The house boat pvt lunch was suggested by Kavi as we had a late flight which wa great!

one of the best resorts I’ve ever been to. Had the best time with the friendliest staff and the most delicious food. The room leading to the swimming pool was one of the most unique thing ever. Love how comfortable and cozy the room was. Had an amazing time

It was indeed an experience I’d like to hold on to and reminisce about. The place is serene and definitely a go to. Beautiful ambience with exceptional service and the beautiful back waters to add a cherry on top to the overall experience. The lake view heritage resort has a traditional touch to it while the stay comes with engaging activities such as fishing, pot making, sunset cruise etc… The staffs Mr. Kavi, Mr Pradeep and Ms. Jobika were indeed the most amiable I’ve seen. Having celebrated my 18th birthday, it was definitely satisfactory with Ms. Devika from the reception having it arranged. Overall a great experience.

The restaurant is really good for its ambience and local cuisine. Really enjoyed the warmth and hospitality of the team ***aging the property. I would also like to call out Gokul for his exceptional hospitality and services.

Such a beautiful place. The resort is incredible, the rooms as exquisite, the hotel staff are lovely the food is wonderful!!! The place is just awesome, truly a heaven on earth kind of place. I would recommend the place for family or business. If you’re looking to host your company retreat this is the kind of place, if you’re looking to vacation with your family, this is where you want to be!
