"Unethical and biased desk staff. A standard room tourist isn't liable for privacy or any special requirements is what the sales team says. When we requested for privacy and noise disturbance, Mr. RAJ, the sales person said told us to keep the curtains open and it's ok if people in common area look inside the room, you are in a Standard room and can't expect much. Wish there was minus rating on Google."

"My stay started with a big smile of the guy at the reception. He was very kind. As all staff is great. Good quality beds and mattresses in the dorms. Free drinking water and wifi. You must download the hostels app to open your room and locker (by Bluetooth) but it worked fine. Location pretty good, only about 3km to Kasol. If you don't have your own transport, there are often buses. I recommend this hostel to other backpackers."

Sepu Vadi Ka Madra , beetroot ke kebab was authentic and full of flavour, and the Apple Pie, was the best dessert. Special thanks to Mr. Bhagwan for taking excellent care of our table with his warm service. Also big appreciation to chef Mukesh, Praduman, and ,Akshay And bhagwan for the memorable meals. Great property with great people. Highly recommended!we"
