이 앱으로 예약하지 마시고 이 호텔을 선택하지 마세요. 가장 최악의 경험입니다 😡, 마지막 순간에 계획이 변경되어 이 예약을 취소하려고 하지만 이 Trip.com n 호텔은 내 돈 환불에 동의하지 않습니다…멍청한 관리, 이틀 후에 나는 환급금을 돌려받기 위해 경영진에 전화를 걸었습니다. 나는 이 사람들이 환불에 동의하지 않고 내 예약을 취소하는 날에 고개를 끄덕입니다. 이 호텔 관리 최악의 서비스., 내가 전화를 걸 때 대답은 매우 루드🤷‍♀️😡😡

편안한 방, 합리적인 가격, 정보와 정보가 없을 때 조금 놀랐습니다.이 호텔은 격리 센터로 사용되어 코빅 19를 격리 한 사람들과 같은 층을 제공합니다. 여기 살지 않을거야

The locations is great but vey fews parking lot not suitable for car traveller . The mattress is very old model & not in good condition. I can easily feel the spring. Have a terrible night . The breakfast is good for who wanna eat local food likes lekor & nasi kukus stay . No hair dryer in the room. Must request from lobby

Strategic location near masjid. Can park at masjid parking area, gated wt security.

Located in the center of the town. Walking distance to all the restaurant, bus stand and mall.

I think Grand Puteri Hotel give a customer to get best experiences with Grand Puteri Hotel. Good choice if you stay overnight at Grand Puteri Hotel.

It was alright. Every basic needs is covered.

Really old hotel. It smells if the Aircon does not turn on. The pillow smells too, everything here is old. The hotel is next to a mosque. If you don't mind the prayers a few times a day and early at 5am. Then this is place is for you. Staff service attitude is good and walking distance to China town street.

Room a bit old and small No soundproofing. Near bus station Got 2 pool which is every single one for each gender

Its an old hotel so dont expect a nice new room .. furniture ate all old. Location is good. Parking is limited but u can park at d mosque in front of d hotel.
