Lovely lovely hotel. However you need to be aware there are a lot of displaced families staying here which I am absolutely supportive of, but, the family near us had a dog and we were woken up 3 days in a row by a.dog barking for 1 hour whilst they were down for breakfast! So not the relaxing break we were hoping for. There was also parties both Friday and Saturday which were very noisy. It's a bit too far out of the centre. Easy to get a taxi and about £5-7 each way,but krakow is so cheap genuinely think you'd get an accommodation in the centre for equivalent of this hotel plus taxi each day.

타우론 아레나와 가깝고 그게 다예요. 방도 깨끗하고 잘 어울립니다. 거의 마지막 순간에 주문한 만큼 가격도 매력적입니다. 아침 식사는 맛을 보았고, 당신은 그것에 맞는 누구에게나 무언가를 선택할 수 있습니다. 서비스도 통과합니다. 고맙습니다

The person at the front desk who greeted us was very unfriendly, with pretty bad English, I had to specifically ask her for every piece of information which are usually given automatically, like what time and where is breakfast and where our room is. The hotel rooms were very clean, the light blocking curtains and comfortable mattress were amazing for a good nights sleep. We ran out of soap from the dispenser and no one refilled it during our 4 day stay, I do like that they use big refillable dispensers rather than the small plastic bottles. The swimming pool was nice with a big jacuzzi. Breakfast was very good, with amazing food and a wide variety of choices. There were posters in the elevators saying that the breakfast room can have lots of people during later hours of the morning. That was Vera true and pretty terrible, the restaurant was severely understaffed, had there been more staff the queue of people could have moved a lot faster, we waited for 15 minutes for our table to be cleaned after the last guest, and it took them forever to replace food they ran out of, making people wait in long queues, staring at empty plates, two Coffee machines were nowhere near enough, and there were drastically less tables than guests who wanted to eat, leading to people waiting a long time to get seated and some even leaving without breakfast. I would have enjoyed my stay a lot more if some people tried harder

신선한 새로운 디자인, 훌륭한 프론트 데스크 직원, 환상적인 음식. 레스토랑 서버에게 특별한 감사를 드립니다(목록할 이름이 너무 많습니다). 그들은 빠르고 정확하게 작동합니다. 어디에서나 최고의 피에로기(치즈 만두). 구시가지까지 걸어가는 것은 복잡합니다. Uber는 더 나은 방법이며 저렴합니다.

I am very disappointed to leave this review. This hotel should never be allowed to claim 5 stars. The whole experience was a let down. I understand that stars may differ in different countries but even still, this I'd a 3 star hotel at best. The staff were friendly, apart from one who had an attitude problem for some reason every time we spoke to her. They didn't ask if everything was OK and didn't check that we needed anything at all throughout our stay. The room only has one extremely soft weird shaped pillow per person, which might aswell not be there. The beds are comfortable, but all they are is two big singles pushed together. The carpets in the rooms are stained and wallpaper is starting to come off and worst of all for us, the overwhelming smell of cigarettes coming from the downstairs ****** is disgusting. Our room stank of cigarettes, so much so my clothes now smell of them. We are both none smokers. The bathroom had a sign on the toilet to say it had been disinfected. Yeah right. There was a hair on the toilet seat?. There was an empty bottle of vodka found behind the chair in the room which I stood on when drawing the curtains and there's a lot of noise from the road. Also, on a night there is a horrible humming noise which kept me awake. I do not expect any of this from a ”5 star” hotel. The tea and coffee in the room doesn't have milk? There is no bar apart from in the smokey ****** and the breakfast..... you get two eggs, then you can select from the table of warm yoghurts and warm meat, as it has literally been left under the heater. None of it tasted fresh and everything is at room temperature. The staff in the restaurant were friendly and nice people, it isn't their fault as there just following instructions from their managers. I get that it is meant to have a old house theme, but this doesn't excuse horribly stained carpets in the rooms and the constant smell of cigarettes. We didn't see any other guests apart from locals and I find it strange why there are so little reviews on TripAdvisor as of recent. It is 20 minutes from the city centre, however a bolt taxi only costs around £5. My overall opinion is if you want a 5 star hotel. Pay a little extra and get a 5 star. This is NOT what you want when booking 5 star.
