더 트라방코르 헤리티지 비치 리조트(The Travancore Heritage Beach Resort)

We never felt we were away from home. Everything went smooth and enjoyed the stay. Hospitality, food and facilities were top notch. The beach and overall help at beach was excellent. Staff were very helpful, especially Anita, Toby, Neetu and Pushpa Rani.

I went their for a day out with my cousins. It is a very large property with good amenities. Being a foodie, I really enjoyed their buffet lunch. Property provides access to the beach but we need to walk atleast 800m to 1km to reach there( hard during day time in this summer season, you might get sun strokes ) This property has a large pool under construction or maintenance ( not sure) and a small pool which is apt for kids and people who don't know swimming Vishnu was the one who guided us from the property. A really nice gentle*** to deal with. We are planning to revisit the property soon with more family members. Additional Plus points : Traditional Kerala cottages, Panchakarma Ayurveda services

Property is excellent Location great Some of the staff members very courteous Rooms well kept Swimming pools well kept We had 2 senior citizens aged 72 & and 82 yet they gave us a room with 20 stairs to climb down! WiFi patchy Too much wait for buggy Food average Complimentary spa they were reluctant to give slots, unnecessary wait No recreational activities Welcome for foreign tourists was way different from Indian tourists!

EVERYONE from Reception staff, the Bell Boy and Captain to Housekeeping to Restaurant staff and pool and life guards were super friendly and respectful. They anticipated my needs in advance and were readily available to assist as required. The Ayurvedic trea**ent was great covering the whole body. The Dr. and therapist explained each procedure in detail and were happy to re-explain as required. The room was clean and well stocked with everything to ensure my 3 week-plus stay was very comfortable. The amenities and pool are clean and well maintained. I would not hesitate to revisit again. ***y guests that I met here have been coming annually for 10 years and more. What more of a testament does one need? THANK YOU Travancore for ensuring my stay was memorable and relaxing.

Experience was good ambience was near service was nice food was decent overall stay was too good The location of the resort was perfect it is a family friendly spot,beach is near to the resort that gives a exhilarating view.Room service was nice and good experience.

Awesome Experience to stay with heritage ambiance. Nice pool experience and food. Guest relation also good. Well service room service also. Calm a**osphere to stay by seeing the sea. Nice to enjoy breeze in the greenery in front of the cliff.

We had a very pleasant stay, beautiful premises and very friendly helpful staff. The restaurant service, staff and ***ager Akil are especially good ! The Kovalam beach has a private entry from the resort and is well maintained with extra vigilant life gaurds. Overall a great experience.
