고객을 거짓말하거나 속이는 방법의 전형적인 예입니다. 예약부터 방이 채워질 때까지 직원 중 어느 누구도 며칠 전에 태양열 히터가 작동하지 않았다는 사실에도 불구하고 샤워실에 뜨거운 물이 없을 것이라고 암시하지 않았습니다. 해결책은 양동이에 뜨거운 물을 주는 것이었습니다😡😡 Wi-Fi와 같은 기타 편의 시설은 거의 존재하지 않으며 고객의 편안함은 최우선 순위입니다. 직원의 태도로 이어지는 경영진의 태도는 매우 나빴으며, 특히 기본 시설에 대해 고객에게 부정직했습니다. 그런 형편없는 장소에 머 무르지 않는 것이 좋습니다.

우리는 Hotel Indraprastha에서 매우 편안하고 편안한 숙박을 즐겼으며 개인 및 가족에게 추천했습니다. 우리는 Kottayam에서의 즐거운 시간을 보냈고 음식은 굉장했습니다. 직원들은 매우 도움이 되었습니다.

Centrally located hotel. Ample car parking space. Rooms are spacious and clean. Service by staff is good. Food and wifi service has to be improved.

Rooms are premium, staff are corporative, good location in the middle of the town. Rooms have good fragrance overall satisfied

The location and stay was good. There are few restaurants nearby and the one in the hotel is also quite decent. Beautiful river nearby must visit.

One of the best what kottayam offers though no comparison with large chains. Rooms were large, comfy and cleanliness was good. Food in breakfast was average with limited options, there were display showing dish name neither veg/ non veg. For a pure vegetarian person it was not fun to have veg dishes kept in the same display as non veg sharing the dish and cover. Entrance, stairs and lobby etc were dimly lighted probably due to environment friendly lighting but it gave a scary look.
