'Every time went to KB, my family must stayed at grand river hotel, because the hotel is near to the river kelantan and my hudsband village , thanks to wan aisyah for the room given to my family is near to each other. The type room we booked is king room with large bed and my family have enough slept at night. My grand children loved the hotel pool very much but a big disappointed because the second day is raining until the night.'

'매트리스가 아주 편안하고 작은 볼스터가 있어서 정말 편안했습니다. 정수기, 화장실 용품, 시계 등이 제공되었습니다. 아침 식사와 주변 환경이 좋았습니다. 여기 묵는 동안 좋은 경험을 했습니다. 조용하고 깨끗했습니다. 두 번째 예약입니다. 다음 여행에도 다시 방문할 예정입니다.'

'나는 최근에 이 호텔에 머물렀고 좋은 측면과 그다지 좋지 않은 측면 모두 내 경험에 대한 자세한 리뷰를 공유하고 싶었습니다. 긍정적인 점부터 시작하겠습니다. 아침 식사는 훌륭했습니다. 솔직히 내 체류의 하이라이트 중 하나였습니다. 다양한 음식, 신선한 재료 및 세심한 직원이 아침 식사를 매우 즐거운 경험으로 만들었습니다. 현지 맛을 좋아하든 유럽식 음식을 선호하든 모두를 위한 옵션이 있는 것 같았습니다. 커피는 뜨겁고 패스트리는 신선했으며 좌석 공간은 깨끗하고 환영했습니다. 불행히도, 방 자체는 많이 남았습니다. 방 전체에 눈에 띄는 냄새가 잠시 동안 방송을 더라도 사라지지 않았습니다. 압도적이지는 않았지만 공간이 생각보다 덜 깨끗하고 편안해지기에 충분했습니다. 그러나 가장 큰 문제는 카펫이 젖는 것이었습니다. 욕실이나 인근 배관에서 물이 새는 것 같았고, 방 입구 근처 카펫에 습기가 흠뻑 젖었습니다. 축축한 카펫 위를 걷는 것은 정확히 즐겁지 않으며 위생 및 유지 관리에 대한 우려가 제기되었습니다. 또한 방을 더 습하고 답답하게 만들었습니다. 하우스 키핑은 매일 청소하는 데 괜찮은 일을했지만 냄새와 젖은 카펫은 표면 수준의 청소를 넘어야 할 문제입니다. 적절한 유지 보수가 필요합니다. 전반적으로 이 호텔에는 잠재력이 있다고 생각합니다. 직원들은 친절했고 다시 아침 식사는 정말 훌륭했습니다. 그러나 손님 경험을 표준 수준으로 가져오려면 기본적인 유지 관리와 객실 조건에 대한 관심이 필요합니다. 유지 관리와 청결에 조금 더 집중하면 이곳은 여행자에게 쉽게 확실한 선택이 될 수 있습니다. 다시 머물까요? 아마도 하지만 객실 조건이 개선되었다는 것을 알았을 때만.'

'Spacious hotel, got both fan and aircond, clean, got basic toiletries and mineral water. No sound proof. Helpful and kind staff. Very near with kb mall. Please reminded need to pay parking fee or got summon.'

'Nice room with 2 queen beds and one single bed within 2 bedrooms, comfortable sofa to watch a smart tv. Kitchen has stovetop, coway water dispenser and microwave, but sadly no washing machine. Location is great, near KB mall and Aeon Mall is not far as well, at the ground floor, there’re plenty of eateries such as McDonald, Nasken Coffee, Coffee Bean, Esmart24 and Starbucks.'

'Nice apartment and clean. The location is nearby the town especially Kopitiam Kita and Pasar Siti Khadijah. We enjoyed staying here just for one night and satisfied with the facilities provided.'

'PLus : The room and bathroom is very big with city view, there is kirchen also. The room is clean and easy check in and check out. There is free parking at the apartment. Minus : There is no Wifi.'

'建物はかなり古い。 ドアが固くてなかなか閉まらない。オートロックではない。シャワーは温度を上げると水圧が下がる。しかし水はけは問題なかった。 隅までの掃除はされていないのでホコリが多かった。小さな蟻が窓際にいる。 長期滞在型のマンションタイプで備品はよく揃っているがホコリが溜まっていた。 エアコンはよく効く。wifi も問題ない。 シーツや枕カバーが独特の柄であった。シーツはくたびれていた。 同じビルのローカルレストランが美味しい。 近くでビールを飲む事、買う事は不可能。中華街に行くしかない。徒歩20分。ワカバル駅からもコタバル空港までそれぞれGrabでRM10でした。'
