Lovely location up the little hill overlooking the bay. Nice pool and bar for a beer. Room basic but ok. Fridge broke but replaced with a new one. We stayed 2 nights out of 3 to see more of the and and to upgrade our room. Nice couple who own the property. Would return to a sea view room.

A little family-run hotel with a nice pool. Very clean and situated on a little hill in a nice neighbourhood. All the rooms have a nice view either of the sea or the mountains. The hosts are very helpful and responsive. Good value for money - highly recommended.

Archodia Studios has a great location between kamari beach and Kefalos village. There is a swimming pool with a bar. There is a free park for customers. Rooms are fine: there is a cooking corner with a fridge. Maybe the shower is a little small. The host is really nice.

Our first time in Kos to attend my daughter’s wedding at a nearby resort, so we didn’t know what to expect. We booked three apartments here, all were spotlessly clean with everything that we could need and wonderful sea views. After 4 days here, I suffered a back injury which left me incapacitated. Denise called the Doctor for me and visited me with snacks and coffee. Her kindness and compassion went over and beyond what I could’ve ever expected. She also moved me to a ground floor apartment to make mobility easier. If you want a true taste of Greek hospitality, come here. Food is fresh and great value. Denise, her husband George and their entire family make you feel so welcome. I am so desperately unhappy to be leaving here but I am doing so more relaxed and with a smile on my face. Oh, and we will definitely be back! Highly recommended!

Ottima posizione ideale punto di partenza per esplorare l'area di Kefalos, nelle vicinanze, massimo 5 minuti a piedi, si trovano market, noleggi auto, fermata del pullman, spiagge e numerosi ristoranti. Camera con piccolo angolo cottura, frigo; comoda e pulita, unico neo la doccia molto piccola. La struttura ha una bella piscina all'aperto.

Camera spaziosa, ordinata e pulita tutti i giorni.. ottima la posizione vicinissimo al mare. Il personale gentilissimo, un grazie particolare alla signora proprietaria della struttura per la sua disponibilità e per averci fatto sentire a casa.ottimo qualità e prezzo.. ci siamo trovati molto molto bene.

Personale gentile e disponibile. Abbiamo apprezzato il cambio lenzuola e asciugamani, oltre all’inaspettato ma gradito lavaggio delle stoviglie utilizzate. Consigliamo assolutamente di usufruire dell’aria condizionata (6€ al giorno) per evitare il caldo e le numerose zanzare. Piscina ben tenuta e perfetta per rilassarsi. Location molto comoda, soprattutto per l’aeroporto. Unica pecca: spesso la sera mancava l’acqua calda nella doccia. Nonostante questo ci siamo trovati bene, consigliato!
