호텔의 음식과 음료는 환상적이며(사진), 아침 식사는 매우 풍부하며, 중국식 뷔페도 동일합니다(RMB는 200에 가깝습니다). 서비스는 매우 사려 깊었습니다. 체크아웃 전날 밤, 프론트 데스크에서 항공편에 대한 정보를 얻기 위해 방에 전화를 걸었습니다. 오후 5시 비행기라는 것을 알았을 때 체크아웃 시간을 2시 반까지 연장할 수 있다고 즉시 표시했습니다. 외출할 때마다 컨시어지 직원이 우버를 이용해서 차를 불러주는데 귀찮게 하지 않겠습니다. 방 청소도 매우 세심했습니다. 다음에는 살기를 선택하겠습니다. 단점은 정문 양쪽에 있는 시장이 너무 창피하고 밤에 산책도 못 나가지만 호텔은 방음이 잘 되고 철문으로 들어서면 또 다른 조용한 세상입니다. 또한, 변기는 물을 내리고 힘이 필요합니다. 게다가 완벽하다.

I shall start from arrival at the hotel. We were a family of four who had booked two rooms at the property. We arrived around 14:30 Hrs (at least 30 mins after the designated check-in time). First of all, although the check-in desk at the hotel is quite huge, there were only 3 staff members ***ning the desk, all of them occupied. We had to wait for around 15 mins, looking here and there like *****s with our bags on before someone greeted us. And I do not mind waiting for check-in; what I do mind is that despite multiple staff members seeing us wait, not one of them acknowledge our presence and asked us to take a seat and wait. They would all look at us and carry on. Forget a warm smile, forget a namaste, we were made to feel like fools just standing there without anyone attending to us. When we finally did get a chance to check in, we were given two adjacent rooms. The key to one room was handed over to us, and we were told that the second room is not ready yet and that as soon as it is ready the key would be sent to us in our room. We said okay and moved towards our room. Once in our room, all four of us sat waiting in one room for around 45 mins for the key to the second room. We were not able to unpack because we wanted to unpack in our respective rooms. Tired and hungry, we left the hotel to get ourselves some lunch and some sightseeing, hoping that by the time we return our second room would be ready. When we returned and asked for the key to the second room from the reception desk, we were told that the room that was allocated to us had been now given to someone else -- and we were given some other room that was ”close” to the first room. I understand that asking for adjacent rooms is a mere request and not a right. But had we been given a ”close” room earlier, we could have gotten the keys earlier at the time of check-in! We waited for a room for so long, only for it to be given to someone else. Fast forward to the next morning's breakfast. The spread was quite good and quite diverse in variety. However, again the entire staff at the breakfast looked tense for some reason. And they kept messing up with live counter orders. No one had a smile on, no one welcomed you with warmth, and no one made you feel as if you were staying in a 5-star hotel (which The Lalit considers itself to be). Our entire experience with The Lalit was below par at the very least. It was not the kind of experience you would expect from a branded property that so conveniently calls itself a luxury 5-star property. I honestly feel for the money that I paid, I could and should have gotten a different property and that would have been definitely better. For the foreseeable future, and till things change, I do not see myself staying at any Lalit property.

. Me han picado pulgas en los 2 brazos, ahora me pica el cuerpo. . La habitación es muy ruidosa (se oye la gente entrar al hostal, el pasillo, el balcón con la música a la noche hasta 1am). . En ningún lugar hay carteles sobre hacer silencio desde ”X” hora. En mi misma habitación había una pareja (hombre + mujer) (juntos en la cama de enfrente ”conocidos del dueño” ) teniendo sexo desde las 22hs en adelante. (además de yo habían otros 2 hombres más en la habitación). Les dije que hicieran silencio y se rieron. Usaron móvil con sonido, música, vídeos (a la 1am) además de tener el AC a 16 grados toda la noche. Salieron y entraron desde las 2am hasta las 5am haciendo ruido y encendiendo y apagando la luz. Nadie se hizo responsable de esto.

호텔은 새로 개조되었지만 창문이없고 방이 비교적 닫혀 있고 옆에 건물이 있으며 휴대 전화 신호를 사용할 수 없으며 WIFI 암호는 프런트 데스크에서 요청합니다. 결과적으로 객실 내 Wi-Fi를 사용할 수 없습니다. 신호가 매우 약하고 원래 시대의 Up으로 돌아간 느낌입니다. 이전 메시지를 보니 옆에 공항버스가 있어서 예약을 했습니다. 그 결과 프론트에 물어보니 공항버스가 없어 택시만 탈 수 있었다. 가게에서 택시 서비스를 도와주지 않아 거리에서 택시를 타고 가격을 물어볼 수밖에 없었습니다.
