Hotel Rupasi Bangla

The condition of the hotel room is not good. No maintenance is done by the staff. The ac is very loud and all the curtains, doors and windows are covered in dust. The intercom was not working and the lift was very bad, a child got a head injury because of the lift door. However overall the hotel is below rated and if you want a good stay then never look at this hotel.

Overall the room was good and well furnished. Washrooms were clean. But the rate of the food is little bit high.

It’s budget hotel managed by decent people. Don’t expect 100% professionalism from them. Rooms are good. On main road and near airport

Staffs are very rude. They denied serving complementary foods. Even charged packaged drinking water 50 percent more than the mrp.

A/c damage & tv not working this room is 500- per night is best but price too high

everything will be ok, but at the time of checking, my guest flight is delayed that's why my guest is reach in kolkata at late night around 1:30 am at midnight, when she want to check in your hotel staff not opend the door and she will not check in that day, and she will be check in another hotel, after that incident she will be check in next morning kindly make some improvement
