We had a amazing vacation at the Renaissance Koh Samui resort. Amazing service from the team we can’t express how wonderful you made our stay. The maintenance of the gardens well taken care. An amazing breakfast with warm welcoming staff awaiting for you to enjoy. I loved the banana bread a lot. Relaxing by the pool while enjoying beautiful views of the ocean. 방은 매우 깨끗하고 깔끔했습니다. 호텔 서비스는 매우 좋았습니다. 서비스 직원은 매우 친절하고 정중하며 열정적이었습니다. 바다 전망 객실에서는 침대에서 일출과 일몰을 볼 수 있어 완벽합니다. 호텔에서는 매일 다른 과일과 스낵을 제공하는데, 모두 매우 맛있습니다😋. 특히 코코넛 케이크는 먹고 나서 친구들이랑 나눠먹으려고 기념품으로 샀어요. 제가 묵었던 호텔은 애인의 생일과 겹쳤습니다. 호텔측에서 애인을 깜짝 놀라게 해줄 방을 세심하게 준비해 주셨고, 케이크도 제공해 주셔서 매우 만족스러운 생일이었습니다. 다음에도 계속 이 호텔에 묵을 예정입니다.

This is our second stay at this hotel and we chose this firstly due to the location. It is directly on the beach close to bars and restaurants. The pool has had an upgrade since last time we stayed and appears to have been newly tiled. The pool is nice but not too big and can get crowded when you get a few people using inflatables. There is no children's pool unfortunately but the pool is open from 6 am to 9 pm so you can find a quiet time. There are some beds available on the beach in front of the hotel but I noticed people were putting towels on them as they were under the trees which was not good. The grounds are lovely as you feel like you are nestled in a jungle and the rooms are private but a little dated and on the smaller side. Breakfast was the same each day consisting of scrambled egg, bacon, potatoes, yogurt, fruits,toast, cereals, croissants and a couple of Thai alternatives. The staff come round to ask if you want omelettes or fried eggs etc but sometimes neglect to bring the order. An egg station would possibly be better in the restaurant. Also there is good cheese and ham but this is not covered and there is a problem with flies particularly round the jam jars as the lids are off. The staff are all very pleasant and accommodating and the menu is varied in the restaurant with meals/drinks available during the day. All rooms now have internet and you can watch Netflix etc and you are supplied with 4 bottles of water daily which is more than most hotels provide. Tea and coffee is available and a kettle in the room. Wi-Fi is good too. Maid service is excellent and I noticed the staff cleaning the beach too. This hotel is sometimes quite expensive on some of the sites but if you can get a good deal it is worth the money for what you get but don’t pay over the odds.

So I think you need to read this and ask yourself, what are you paying for? Given the fairly decent price when searching for somewhere to stay for two weeks there were too many compromising issues and so not worth it now with the benefit of hindsight. I do think however you get what you pay for and if you see the price of this place and think it’s a really good deal, the below may go some way to explaining why! And you may not care… like the owners of this place. Room Positives - air con worked great, not noisy at all. Seems newly painted though to a poor standard. Good size for two people, smart TV was unexpected brilliance! Given the rain we had and some nights wanting to stay in, being able to log into streaming services was great. Small fridge freezer was great too given we buy a lot of food in 7/11 rather then eat out all the time. Negatives - Quiet only if you don’t have any neighbours, can hear people moving furniture sometimes but not a lot. The doors leading the balcony are not sound proof at all, so hopefully no one’s shouting at 3am like we had one night. Hope the pouring rain, trilling insects don’t bother you ( helps me sleep but might bother some) Oh and cockroaches. ‘Only’ 2 in a couple weeks but still, not something you want to see in your room! Surprised also to find a gecko in the room, that’s probably a positive given the cockroaches! Bed(ding) - Positives- comfy bed with firm mattress. Large queen size. negatives - Bedding annoyed us the most. We arrive to dirty smelly bedding. Had them change it and they had to do it three times realising each time it wasn’t clean or smelling good. When they make up the room they simply rotate/turn inside out the bedding. We asked them after 7 days to change it again and all they changed were the pillow cases and bed sheet. It’s easy to tell given all the stains in the bedding making each one unique! Wet-room - it’s is what it is. It’s fine but there’s lots of mould around the sink and the mirror is peeling. Simple to fix but they don’t bother. Staff - Positives - they are there if you do need to find someone. Generally look to resolve anything when asked Negatives - quite apathetic to providing a proactive service. Which is odd for Thais, they are great people but here they are almost devoid of their normal smiles and eagerness to engage with you. Every interaction is a transaction with as few words as possible. Pools and loungers Positives - location overlooking the sea is amazing! Great sea breeze, palm trees, good stretch of the beach. Negatives - Pools are ok, the water is murky, doesn’t seem like they try to maintain a clear pool. But they are good size and look nice and are clean of debris. The loungers are not managed, people claim them overnight or early morning and some don’t even turn up leaving two towels all day and they are not used, staff should work to remove claimed loungers after a time of not being used so others can have them. Ich hatte kürzlich die Gelegenheit, im Samui Seabreze Place zu übernachten und möchte meine Erfahrungen teilen. Positiv hervorzuheben ist das freundliche und zuvorkommende Empfangspersonal. Leider hinterlässt das Hotel selbst einen vernachlässigten Eindruck. Es scheint, als hätte seit Jahren keine Renovierung stattgefunden, und der Zustand lässt darauf schließen, dass die Eigentümer wenig Interesse zeigen. Die Zimmer sind besonders in die Jahre gekommen und bedürfen dringend einer Renovierung, vor allem das Badezimmer. Trotzdem gibt es positive Aspekte wie die ruhige Lage in der zweiten Reihe, nicht weit vom Strand entfernt. Die Bereitstellung eines Strand-Kits mit Handtüchern und einer Strandtasche ist ebenfalls lobenswert. Die allgemeine Atmosphäre im Hotel war sehr ruhig, was möglicherweise auf eine geringe Anzahl von Gästen hindeutet. Der Pool war jedoch ein Highlight, schön und sauber, was zu einem angenehmen Aufenthalt beitrug. Insgesamt wäre eine grundlegende Renovierung des Hotels wünschenswert, um den positiven Aspekten wie der Strandnähe und dem freundlichen Personal gerecht zu werden.

나와 3명의 다른 친구는 2023년 1월에 여기에 머물렀습니다. 우리 모두는 소유자부터 위치까지 이 호텔에 대해 충분히 높이 말할 수 없습니다. 모든 것이 훌륭했습니다! 이 숙박 시설은 라마이의 주요 유흥 지역 근처에 있기 때문에 특별한 행사가 발생하면 일부 밤에는 시끄러울 수 있습니다. 해변은 모든 주요 레스토랑이 근처에 있는 객실에서 도보로 몇 분 거리에 있습니다. 100% 추천합니다!

비용 대비 좋은 호텔. 모든 것이 합리적인 음식, 객실 배경, 해변, 영토 및 순수함 내에 있습니다. 700-800 달러에 호텔을 선택하는 것은 초자연적인 것을 기대할 가치가 없습니다. 객실은 평범하고 페인트칠이 되어 있고 오래된 가구와 배관이 있지만 모든 것이 견딜 수 있습니다. 다시 한 번 예산 옵션에 대해 무엇을 기대할 수 있습니까? 그냥 깨끗하고 직원들이 청소와 약간의 수리로 호텔을 지원하려고 노력하고 있습니다. 음식은 괜찮고 다양하고 맛이 좋으며 고기 요리가 매우 즐겁습니다. 최소한의 현지 향신료가 있으며 좋은 첫 번째 요리는 보르슈까지 놀라고 맛있었습니다. 영토는 크지 않지만 녹색이 잘 되어 있어 산책하기 좋습니다. 해변은 크지 않지만 꽤 아늑하고 깨끗하며 청소부는 항상 접시와 쓰레기를 청소합니다. 들어오는 모래 물, 엄청난 수의 현지 선원 없이 투명한 바다. 많은 까마귀만 관찰되었습니다. 호텔 뒤편에는 산책도 할 수 있고, 옆에 기념품 가게가 있고, 생선 식당이 있어 꽤 좋습니다. 꼭 가보시길 추천합니다. 결론은 일반 호텔 인 하나입니다. 2,000 달러에 사지 않기 때문에 인상이 기다리지 마십시오. 좋은 휴식 
