I really WANT to call Serenity perfect but some things just were not. With all the 5 star reviews perhaps my expectations were high but I couldn't help feeling a bit disappointed. I'll give a detailed account of our experience four days at Serenity Koh Chang. Check In The road is very sloped and our driver initially couldn't figure out where to let us off. We had to take our luggage down a pretty steep rocky area (where it could not be rolled) which was less than ideal. At check in we were met with a man who was smiling the entire time we were there and provided stellar service but never gave his name. Anything we asked he jumped on immediately and with a smile. Check in went smoothly and we were assisted with our bags to villa #3. The Villa Perhaps my biggest disappointment was the villa. It's very cold and impersonal in style. It doesn't ”fit” at all with the gorgeous setting. There were some cleanliness concerns that I overlooked (food stains on the couch pillows). But mostly, it just was drab and many things weren't thought through. There is NO WHERE in either bathroom to store your toiletries or your dry clothing. Hooks on the door or a small shelf over the toilet would go a long way to making the otherwise nicely finished bathrooms more user friendly. The bathrooms / drainage are extremely noisy. If someone used the bathroom in the night I was wakened by the resulting gurgling in my bathroom. It's all very ”bare bones”. Nothing was bad but it just didn't hit the mark and I found the bathroom situation (with no where dry to place anything) to be very frustrating. Be prepared to encounter a lot of critters of all types. I expected this but I didn't expect so many inside the villa. The mourning geckos hanging out in every curtain and the bathrooms making noise all night was very annoying. I know it's hard to control but I have to question how so many geckos were getting into the villa. We even had a large tokay in ours. I have no idea where or how they were getting in because we did not leave anything open. Also, it's very poor design to have all the villa windows align with each other. I really disliked having curtains open because I was then looking either directly into another villa OR worse into the storage / workers area which was often noisy with workers and scooters going in and out. Having to close heavy black out curtains in a beach villa is not desirable. Our TV didn't work properly but that was quickly resolved. The kitchen sink faucet was wonky. The beds and linens were quite comfortable and towels were nice, plentiful and soft. The rooftop hot tub / patio area had issues. The hot tub lights never worked (we only used this one night). And during the day it was intolerable due to work going on at a neighboring villa. This was pretty upsetting as I tried multiple times to just go relax on the rooftop only to be met with the high pitch squealing of tile saws and hammers. It was anything but serene. T

솜포치 가든에서는 바쁜 일정 후 휴식시간을 보낼 수 있는 편안한 객실이 마련되어 있습니다. 솜포치 가든 객실은 여행객과 비즈니스 출장객 모두에게 꼬창에서 편안하게 지낼 수 있는 공간입니다.호텔에서 트랏공항까지는 약 28km 정도 떨어져있습니다. 트랏공항은 약 28km 정도 떨어져있으며, 여행하기 편리한 위치에 있습니다.여가시간에는 다양한 호텔 시설을 이용하실 수 있습니다. 호텔의 주차 공간을 이용할 수 있습니다.

Centara Tropicana는 코창에 머물기에 좋은 숙소입니다. 우리는 매일 아침 조식 뷔페를 즐겼습니다. 하나의 풀은 우리 둘 다 하는 수영 랩에 이상적입니다. 정원은 아름답고 잘 관리되어 있습니다. 우리 방은 넓고 침대는 숙면을 취하기에 완벽했습니다. 우리는 전용 야외 샤워를 즐겼고 실내 욕조보다 더 많이 사용했습니다. 4 위치에 도착하는 데 시간이 걸리기 때문입니다. 하지만 우리는 10일 동안 자리를 잡고 바깥세상을 잊었습니다. 해변은 아침 산책을 위해 바로 거기에 있으며 일몰을 즐기기 위해 서쪽을 향하고 있습니다. 4 야외 샤워 인클로저에서 자라는 나무에서 나오는 자연 잎사귀가 조금 있기 때문에 청결을 유지합니다. 하우스 키핑 직원은 훌륭한 일을합니다. 그들은 우리의 요구에 매우 잘 반응했습니다.

호텔의 서비스는 좋습니다. 해변 객실은 전망이 일류입니다. 아침 식사 옵션은 비교적 적으나 음식은 맛있습니다. 체크인할 때 남편의 생일을 맞아 방을 장식해 주었습니다. 뷔페는 호텔에서 제공되었습니다. 저녁에는 호텔. 남편에게도 큰 놀라움이었습니다. 케이크도 있고 노래도 부릅니다. 근처에 레스토랑과 바가 많고, 세븐일레븐도 근처에 있습니다.

전반적으로 훌륭한 경험입니다. 위치와 서비스가 매우 좋았고 직원들이 매우 정중하고 친절했으며 음식과 음료도 전반적으로 매우 좋았습니다. 아침 뷔페는 조금 더 따뜻할 수 있었고 베이컨은 전혀 짜지 않아서 이상했습니다. 바 사이를 오가는 해피 아워 시간과 함께 다양한 바에서 다양한 종류의 칵테일 제공

Sehr schönes Hotel, stellenweise leider etwas abgewohnt, aber trotzdem noch ganz schön. Wir hatten ein Bungalow direkt am angrenzenden Fluss, was von der Lage her schön war, jedoch von Innen sehr Standard eingerichtet und ziemlich abgewohnt war. Zudem war es ganz leicht schräg. Aber das hält sich in Grenzen, darüber kann man hinweg sehen. Es gibt 2 schöne Pools in der Anlage mit ausreichend Liegeflächen. Zudem wird ein kostenloser Shuttle Boot Service zum Strand und zur den Fireflys angeboten. Wenn man Pech hat wartet man jedoch lange auf das Shuttle bis es einen wieder mit zurück nimmt oder man verpasst die Rückfahrt (18 Uhr), dann muss man ca. 25 min zu Fuß zurück gehen (Navi oder Ortskenntnisse nötig). Das Frühstücksbuffet ist leider nicht empfehlenswert, die Auswahl sehr klein und geschmacklich auch nicht so gut, dann lieber für kleines Geld auswärts frühstücken. Der Service an sich war völlig okay und sauber ist die Anlage auch. Von der Lage her ist ein Roller vorteilhaft, aber kein Muss, in 15-20 min Gehweg erreicht man auch das wichtigste. Das Wlan in den Zimmern ist okay, reicht für Netflix. Aber zum Arbeiten vllt. nicht so geeignet.

1. 환경이 매우 좋고 경치가 훌륭하고 조식이 푸짐합니다 4일 숙박 후 조식의 만족이 휴가 기분을 뒷받침해주었습니다. 2. 방은 깨끗하고 방은 크지만 침대가 크지 않고 시설이 고급스럽진 않습니다. 바다전망 객실 600개 이상, 비치룸 400개 이상 있는데 바다에서 놀기 편해서 후자를 선호합니다. 방은 우리를 실망 시켰습니다. 3. 원숭이가 많아 매우 사나워 조심해야 합니다. 4. 전염병 기간 동안 운송 차량이 취소되었으며 여행하기 위해 택시를 타는 것이 그다지 편리하지 않았습니다. 다행히 저희는 사람이 많아서 2인용으로 포장해서 항상 대기하고 있습니다. 5. 수영장이 좋은데 해변은 안가고 미끄럼틀 있는곳만 갔어요. 6. 밤에는 식당에서 제공되는 음식의 종류가 많지 않고 가격이 매우 비쌉니다. 다들 외식하러 갑니당 꼬창에는 맛있는 이탈리안 레스토랑이 많은데 소위 씨푸드 뷔페라고 하기에는 너무 낮고 환경도 좋지 않아서 가지 않는 것이 좋습니다. 옆 호텔 식당도 괜찮고 밤에 불춤도 춰요 해변에서 걸어서 몇분거리.

우리는 Dewa가 필요한 모든 것(체육관 제외)을 갖춘 고급 리조트라는 것을 알았지만 개성이 부족한 것 같았습니다. 직원들은 친절했지만 세심하지는 않았습니다. 우리는 아름답고 매우 깨끗한 디럭스 코티지 중 하나에 머물렀지만 밤에는 다른 에어컨 장치와 문 밖에 있는 큰 라우터/인터넷 기계의 소음이 매우 크게 들렸습니다(밤에는 귀마개를 착용해야 했습니다). 그런 사랑스러운 장소를 위해 우리는 조용한 공간을 조금 더 기대했습니다. 결제 시 청구서가 잘못되었으므로 모든 것이 정상이라고 가정하기보다는 확인하는 것이 좋습니다. 해변이 아름답고 술을 마실 수 있는 다른 레스토랑과 장소가 있지만 그리 많지는 않습니다. 주요 도로에서 도보로 5분 거리에 태국 요리에서 휴식이 필요한 경우 훌륭한 피자와 파스타를 만드는 멋진 이탈리안 레스토랑이 있습니다.

가성비 대비 너무 좋고 잘 지내다 왔네요. 앞으로도 계속 좋은 서비스 부탁할께요. 바다도 좋았고 수영장도 좋았고 주변 편의시설도 좋았네요...

Traveling to Koh Chang on Songkran Day, if the Accor Group uses benefits, it must be considered. Mercure Koh Chang Hideaway booked a Standard room but was upgraded to a Deluxe Seaview room and received Platinum benefits. Quite complete. The room is okay. I like it because I have to pay only 1,402 baht per night. The room is full due to a long holiday. I'm glad I upgraded. I have reserved 3 rooms, there are welcome drinks for all 3 rooms. For dinner, most of the guests leave their stomachs at the Buffet Hotel because it is Songkran Festival. Accor Plus cannot use the discount at all. The price is not expensive, only 530 baht per person, but.. Phra Chuay Thai food is delicious. Anyone staying here recommends trying Thai food. The happy hour here is satisfyingly long from 2:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Anyone who eats the buffet will receive a buy 1 free 1 promotion until 10:00 p.m., very worthwhile. The highlight of this place is a lot of photo angles, and taking beautiful photos, but the beach is not okay, which is a weak point. The sea water is hardly played because there are a lot of rocks. I mostly stay at the swimming pool 100% recommend if anyone sleeps here to relax and snorkel on the last day, come back to swim at the pool, take chic photos and eat buffet 🙂 Breakfast is quite suitable for Thai people, focusing on spicy Thai food. It also has my favorite pizza. The hotel has a Starbucks on the beach but does not participate in a star or membership program. For me, April 13-15 is a rest day. I'm pretty happy here. Let's just say for Accor members or group members. If anyone comes to Koh Chang, recommend here. You can get both nights and points. If there is any problem during your stay, I suggest you don't wait, hurry and share with him. He knows the problem and is ready to take care of it immediately. Come to Koh Chang next time, Mercure is still our choice.
