프래그런트 네이처 코치(Fragrant Nature Kochi - A Five Star Classified Hotel)

Had two nights stay in the hotel at the beginning and the end of our holiday. The hotel was really nice, the rooms were large, with a fabulous rain shower plus toiletries and the beds very comfortable. Fort Kochi is a grey place to explore and the various aires were easily accessible from the hotel. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the hotel.

Excellent hotel. This is my fourth hotel in my one-week visit to Kerala. By far the best. Everything exceeded my expectations. Tye room is very spacious and meticulously clean. The roof-top swimming pool with amazing see view. Tye area is very quite. Tye food I had for dinner with delicious an d the suggestions of the staff was right on. All staff are very kind, specially Vrinda. Highly recommended.

Beautiful find. Excellent location. Short walk takes you to the ferry or fuether alonf the water metro near the Chinese fishing nets. Visit the Kerala theatre and see the actors prepare their make up before they perform a short story, this can be found behind the chocolate factory that isn't opened. Hotel is beautifully decorated. Roof top with pool /restaurant and afternoon tea is an added bonus. Staff are friendly, always happy to oblige with a smile. We did have a slight communication issue at the beginning of our stay, but this was resolved immediately with 100% service. Bedrooms are stunning, we stayed in a suite with Balcony which although the view has been hindered by a new coast guard building it was still worth the value for you have a separate lounge area with coffee/tea facilities. Fruit delivered everyday and toiletries amenities replenished everyday. BEST shower we have had in a long time in our travels.I would definitely come back and recommend this delightful hotel.

Vrinda at the restaurant was very hospitable and kind. Food is great and hotel is beautiful with lots of amenities. Located walking distance to a lot of attractions. I had idli and sambar for breakfast (which is complimentary) and it was delicious. They had a made to order dosa station as well.

Stayed at this fantastic place for a day only. Ought to have stayed longer at Fragrant Nature, as Naveen and Abirami are gracious hosts , as in ever !! Room, Dining , Cleanliness, Hospitality and Location are all beyond par. Special mention :: after checkout, was proceeding to Munnar, mid way got a call from the Hotel staff informing us that we have a left behind a wallet full of money and debit cards !! Totally floored by the honesty of the dear Staff at Fragrant Nature !! Please don't let your current spirit and enthusiasm wear, dear chaps ..God bless

The stay at Fragrant Nature Kochi was extremely calming and relaxing for the soul. Abirami and the other staff members were extremely friendly and helpful. The Prana Spa experience was extremely tranquil and relaxing. The rooms were amazing. Wonderful stay! I'll come back again.

So terrible staff means front office I'm coming to personal meeting from hotel another guest. I told the security but he is told me you can't go inside. why do like this Im waiting for 20min outside that why for me staff not well

Excellent service, very polite and friendly front desk and restaurant staff. Clean, well appointed rooms. Restaurant service was efficient. Food choices were good. Easy walking distance to Jewish area of Kochi. Overall, the hotel was exceptional for the price.
