"The hotel is in a good location, less than a 10 minute stroll from the train station and 15 minutes to major attractions and the town centre. There’s plenty of restaurants and bars within a short walk, 15 minutes tops cover most of the town centre. The centre is very lively if that’s what you are after. The staff were very friendly and accommodating apart from when I requested some ice for drinks and was told ‘It is not possible, it is not normal’. However when I asked a different lady on another night she went and fetched some from a local restaurant , good service. Our room was good, one floor up at the back of hotel facing the garden, quiet and spacious. On the down side the TV was small and there was no English language channels. There were a few, like CNN showing on the list but they weren’t tuned.I know we don’t go on holiday to watch TV but it’s nice to have the option of the news or a film late at night. Another problem for me was no mini fridge in the room, I like a cold drink on a hot day. Last complaint, the bathroom was large, clean, well appointed but the shower was terrible, perhaps the lowest pressure shower we’ve ever encountered in a hotel. It took me about 15 minutes under a dribble of water to get anywhere near clean. The shower and ice are minor problems. Breakfast was very good, a nice selection of cereals, fruit, yoghurt, cold cuts of meat and cheese and a hot option of eggs and bacon. I had fried eggs cooked to order but scrambled and boiled were available. There was also a good selection of bread and cakes all served in a very nice room overlooking the garden. All in all I enjoyed our stay and would probably stay again if returning to Koblenz."

"Very clean, good sanitary conditions, good service attitude and patience. It is about 2 kilometers away from the Deutsches Eck, and you can see the castle from the corridor. It is less than 3 kilometers away from the train station, so it is very convenient. The breakfast is very simple and needs to be paid separately. There is no elevator on the fifth floor, so the cost performance is slightly poor."

"오래되었지만 편안한 객실입니다. 샤워 시설도 좋고 물 사용량도 제한이 없었습니다. 와이파이는 처음에는 잘 작동했지만 다시 연결하는 데 문제가 있었습니다. 침대는 편안했고, 두꺼운 이불이 제공되었지만 이불을 벗겨 시트로 사용했습니다. 조식은 훌륭했고 4유로만 추가하면 되었습니다. 중심가에서 조금 떨어져 있고(도보 40분) 영어가 거의 통하지 않았습니다. 전반적으로 아주 좋은 호텔이며 가성비 좋은 숙소로 강력 추천합니다."

"The rooms and facilities of the "Fährhaus" hotel are furnished with high-quality furniture, and the view of the Moselle is beautiful even in February. Very good food - top notch in the gourmet restaurant too - the whole team seems to be having fun. I particularly liked the fact that, despite the high price of the rooms, the guests were a mixed bunch of people of all ages - you treat yourself to something. We would love to come back! The wellness area is unfortunately small, and the swimming pool in particular is unfortunately tiny - hardly understandable for a newly built hotel."
