The home has a spacious backyard which would be great for hosting or accommodating guests. Amenities include; stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, and a washer and dryer.Guest accessFeel like a true local in the Heart of Huntersville with walking distance to shops, cafes, and the lake. Also, just steps from the front door you have access to places like Harris Teeters, Starbucks, and many restaurants. There are many things to do and parks to explore.Other things to noteHere's some things to keep in mind!-Absolutely no parties in the home. In an effort to be mindful to our neighbors and to continue providing this location for future guests, we are not able to accommodate parties.-Quiet time is from 10PM to 8AM. This includes loud music or any excessive noise.-Please do not wear shoes inside. The downstairs floors are wood and may easily become soiled. A shoe rack is available at the entrance of the home for your convenience.-Trash goes out every Sunday evening for pick up on Monday morning.
